AAAAAAAAAAA I NEED TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE GIRL W BIG THIGHS IS REAPER MANGLE FROM FINAL NIGHTS !!! YOU'VE BEEN TAGGING HER AS MANGLE ;;;
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS ASK
Okay so! A couple months ago an anon asked why I reblog art from fangames, and I answered that popular fangames will get their own tags because they’re well known enough in the fandom. My criteria for “well known enough” is “has it’s own wiki/TV Tropes page”.
The thing about Final Nights is that, while it is pretty popular, it doesn’t have either a wiki nor a TV Tropes page. So, unlike FNAC, ONAF, TNAR, or POPGOES, it doesn’t get it’s own tags.
That said, I have a new character tag guideline in that, if an animatronic exists in canon but the form their drawn in isn’t canon, then the art will be tagged as “(name) + oc”
For example, take this lovely fanart of a Funtime Chica. There’s no such thing as a Funtime Chica in the FNAF canon, but there is a Chica. So the picture gets the tags “chica + oc” to indicate that this picture contains a non-canon form of Chica, or a character who is both Chica and an OC.
So that’s why art of THUNDER THIGHS Reaper Mangle gets reblogged even though Final Nights doesn’t get it’s own tags C:
(Also, before you ask why Reaper gets his own tag, that’s because when I first started reblogging art of him, I thought Final Nights had it’s own wiki/TV Tropes page. Going along with the new guideline, all future art of Reaper will be tagged as “the puppet + oc” for consistency’s sake)
