to help an undesired animal is truly one of the strongest shows of humanity
#saw a post about people rescuing animals from a flood and someone commented#'the kindness in that man's heart to help even a rat...' and it just made me start tearing up bc it is TRUE#to help even a rat... this small undesired creature that is associated with filth and disease... to lend a hand to even such a creature#so that it might get to live another day... the world can be an awful place but it is truly filled with so many good things
