they got like an hour to kill before the scheduled meeting and go look for them. Debbie isn't home or at her office so they go look for William figuring he could help them plus they have a better idea of where to look for him. College.

they find him and Unmasked scares the shit out of him by tackling him to the ground sobbing with the most wholesome manic grin on his face. Masked just stands there impatient like 'ask your boyfriend where mom is already!'

takes a bit for poor Will to convince Masked that he doesn't know Debbie is, cause I doubt he knows where Paul lives, which makes them miss the meeting. So now they're stranded here but that's not the worse thing since now they both have their respective loved one alive and well here. just gotta find Debbie tho

Next day Mark opens the door to see a scared shitless William being lovingly yet firmly held by one of his evil variant's and then getting the air kicked out him by another who blindsides him. Debbie and Oliver sees all this, Oliver goes to get Debbie out of here but is beaten by Masked who ruins the plan by tackling her into a hug rather than flying off with her.

The Grayson's are emotional men when raised decently.

Several moments of awkward silence where everyone just looks back forth between the evil Marks. One on the floor hugging Debbie sobbing uncontrollably and the other still in the doorway back hugging William, chin over shoulder, with a very firm glare that just screams 'try me'

Somehow they end at the couches discussing terms and conditions. No killing or hurting anyone in exchange for supervised time with William/Mom. Seems like a good enough plan until the world builds up their strength enough to figure out what the hell they should do with them
