The more that’s revealed in the manga, the more I’m convinced that Takeomi was just in Bonten to babysit Mikey and Sanzu. That’s usually what adviser means anyways.
Also Mikey totally knew Sanzu and Senju when they were little kids. (Emma and Baji were also probably there)
