i think its kind of really shitty to be taking applicants for a TRAINING program and then reject them for ‘not having enough personal work on their resume’ like alright sorry i was working in a different field during a fucking global pandemic and trying to hold it together through several breakdowns instead of sitting at home doing unpaid work for fun like. dont QUITE see how that makes me unfit for a fucking TRAINING COURSE but okay!! thanks for the call!!

#like its whatever and i understand that obviously people who DID do personal projects and showed they were working on their skills-#-clearly are better candidates but its like. still fucked up lol #i worked at a really big company for my FIRST job i think that should fucking count for something and apparently i interviewed really well #too like. uggggh. its not even a JOB its a fucking training course! i totally get it bc its a huge company and stuff but like #id be fucking good at it you KNOW i would #i absolutely fucking DESPISE the way creative fields are like. you have to spend every fucking second of your life working on this #even and especially when ur not getting paid just so we can see ur Enthusiasm #like. oh my god. not everyones life is that easy bro i cant do that lol??#ugh. whatever. i know its on me and i need to upskill esp now when im NOT working and i HAVE the time #but i just. my brain. i genuinely desperately #want to but i physically cant its so fucking dumb #anyway. just needed 2 scream for a minute xx
