Last night was amazing. Thank you to all who attended in support of our weekly market. We're no longer working with The Hollywood Hemp Museum anymore although we're hopeful slactivis will still be vending with us. This venue is right around the corner from the museum with better parking around it so we are grateful for that too. We're about to start the third month of the Hollywood Terp Market. There have been some growing pains, but we find ourselves growing in attendence every single week with almost 500 people, not even counting vendors, rolling through over the course of the night on the 16th. The popularity of the event means that the size of the crowd is growing. This means we need more security, more event staff, more clean up staff, and more of an investment in infrastructure like new chairs and tables, better electricity etc... It's not our goal to gouge anyone but we do have to adjust our prices slightly to preserve and increase the quality of the event. With that in mind the following changes begin in the month of December: Tables are now $100 and 50 samples for goody bags. Tables come with one table we provide (although if you have your own you're welcome to bring it to use instead) and two chairs and space for two workers to sit behind the table. Any extra space is a luxury and should not be counted on. Tents are 10x10 spaces and cost $200 and 25 samples for goody bags. Each tent space come with one table and two chairs. You only have 10x10 you will not have any extra space. Attendees are required to purchase 1 $5.00 raffle ticket but are encouraged to grab more! Goody bags are now $50 and will be available next to the dab bar and directly through Meen Green.
