As a budding lawyer, what is your opinion on this Megan thee stallion vs Torey Lanez case? Who do you think will win?

Criminal cases can be pretty hard to predict the outcome. I do hope Megan gets her justice, but it really falls on her to prove he's guilty beyond reasonable doubt. I do think it's on her favor. She's not fighting a white person. She has a witness who corroborated her story and (ultimately depending on the judge) they do take account people experiencing trauma and shock won't be able to give an accurate summation of events.
