#old host here yeah i denied us existing so bad and tried to shame us into being “normal” for months after Realizing#guess who got banished to a subsystem#obviously not LITERALLY BANISHED it just. happened#i am fronting and struggling not to dissociate while also Acknowledging Things#there's a lot of anxiety and honestly#i think there's something Wrong w me as an alter but I am pushing thru it#i am a human being with autonomy n if I believe they have a right to freely and truly express themselves i better lead by example#bc my beliefs apply to me too#special thanks to adolescence turning me into a trauma holder tho#totttally doesn't make reconnecting with life and old friends and new friends way more difficult#that's actually why i got shoved into the subsystem i think it was just Too Much
