You said "Trailhope" and someone else said "Lightscribe" (love that btw) and my brain combined them into Lighthope which is. A character from She-Ra (and not one I like skdvsk) but! I think Lighthope would work very well for you! Something to consider

See, while I really love (and am flattered by!) the concept, I feel like the good centaur names tend to have at at least one concrete noun. I worry that Lighthope is a bit too abstract for Narnia. It's a lovely name though!
