Transparent braces: An introduction
Crooked teeth is a problem, we all know that. While some of us have embraced our teeth as they are while making sure to brush twice daily, there are many who worry about their crooked teeth. Apart from appearance, crooked teeth cause a bit of dental problem. This issue however can be corrected with the right sort of alignment.
This alignment can be achieved using braces. While earlier only metal braces were available for crooked teeth, now people also have the option of opting for clear braces.
Introductory
Clear braces are of two types-ceramic braces and invisible aligners.
Ceramic braces are quite similar to metal braces. But instead of protruding metals they have clear plastic bracket and wires. In fact, some ceramic braces can be customized to blend in with your natural tooth colour.
The best advantage of ceramic braces is that they are not as noticeable as metal braces. Moreover, they are far less likely to irritate a sensitive mouth. However, if not maintained properly, they can chip, crack and stain.
On the other hand, invisible aligners are a different product altogether. An invisible aligner consists of clear plastic aligner trays. Each of the trays align your teeth just a bit more, bit by bit until your teeth become absolutely and perfectly aligned. Unlike ceramic and metal braces, invisible aligners can be easily removed.
Moreover, invisible aligners are quicker than traditional braces and obviously less noticeable.
The only disadvantage is that they are not suited for all sorts of orthodontic work. They are of course pricier than traditional and ceramic braces.
There is always a confusion as to whether or not a person actually needs braces. While braces certainly contribute towards a beautiful smile, they also tend to eliminate certain future dental issues. Crooked and crowded teeth are difficult to maintain, which eventually leads to tooth decay, gum disease and eventual tooth loss.
Poor jaw and tooth alignment causes an abnormal wear of teeth and along with the inability to chew efficiently. Braces help get rid of all these issues.
If you are still confused about whether or not you need braces, you should obviously consult a dentist. Only they can guide you about whether you need clear braces or not. To know more about clear braces in Ahmedabad , visit this site.

Moreover, traditional is non-removable.
Transparent Braces:  Whereas a transparent brace is designed to be invisible. These are made of comfortable and smooth, BPA-free fiber. Moreover, the whole process of putting up transparent braces by the doctors involve a 3-D image of your teeth to configure and align trays carefully.
