It’s such a part of my everyday life that I forget to talk about it here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have invisible illness - autoimmune, neuropathy, mobility issues, chronic pain and more. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I shared photos of my busy fun day, and now I’m sharing how I recover. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had an amazing time yesterday working from the office instead of at home, and attending the @ubykate event last night. Plus enjoying some treats like a good old pub schnitty, and the most amazing party cupcakes ever! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But today I was sore and tired and in recovery mode. But still needed to get shiz done. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My solution is always #TripleCStyle therapy! Saturday’s casj outfit for a busy morning hunting and gathering at the Democracy cake stall. My coat is @flesh_dozer X @gormanclothing and it’s a real conversation starter! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My @cottonon rain boots are keeping my feet dry and comfy - and super cute! I’ve accessorised with positively ancient @_mimco necklaces, and a gorgeous @_kykoe headband ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had my Moderna second booster and my 2022 flu jab on Saturday afternoon, and hit the deck for a couple of days. Totes worth it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve had big immune responses to all of my vaccines. It’s just how my body deals with it. Important to note that it is an immune response not a reaction. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It seems a bit old hat now, but if you’re eligible, get vaccinated. Get your flu jab too. One of the best things about my new Lady Room wardrobes is that packing to go away was super simple. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I could see what I had, could easily choose what I needed, and it was super easy to pop away the things I decided not to take. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Unpacking is so much easier too.
