Over the course of 25 years, we have custom made several trucks with heavy specifications for heavy hauling. We are excited to make another truck to start working in a few months.

This truck will be hauling potatoes from the field to the plant to be made into potato chips for Frito Lay. We are double framing from the cab to the rear, adding extra cross members, adding a 3rd lift axle, adding a Reyco suspension, and adding a bigger front axle. This is an addition to a family that owns several potato haulers trucks.

This 2013 Mack is getting converted over to a crane truck. This truck had a frame extension done to fit a custom crane bed. Here on this 2002 Kenworth truck, we are double framing to make a heavy hauler and upgrading the rear suspension to heavy specs.

During the process of frame extension or chassis stretching, we use the method of adding the frame chassis to the rear of the truck. The next step in this process is to unbolt the entire suspension and roll it out of the way. And then we attach the new frame chassis, which gives us only one weld instead of two.

This beauty has been torn apart and we have started doing frame extension on it.
