everyone at my job is actually so insane and neurotic and all of them kept thanking me unprompted for being the only calm person in the house i'm cryingfndskjfsd this is going to be a long summer
#mind you i am also insane and neurotic and stressed at all times if that gives you an idea of how bad it is over there#theyre repainting the house and the contractors do not gaf that it is a HISTORIC INSTITUTION and so everyone's losing their minds#trying not to kill themselves or anyone else in the vicinity because you cant SPRAY PAINT THE SHUTTERS FROM THE 19TH CENTURY#BUT THATS WHAT THE CONTRACTORS ARE DOING#and also getting paint all over the windows GOD yeah like i get why the curators are going crazy.#anyway theres a phd student who also works there so it's me and her and the two curators and i like all of them :]#i already have a few more projects to put time into in addition to writing and recording a complete audio tour so im EXCITED#m.txt
