So after ONE EPISODE, the TSBS fandom is divided. And I am here to try and fix it. Let’s make a deal.

Solar x Nebula shippers should not comment under Solar x (anyone else like Ruin or Nexus) that it’s canon. They’re probably aware and just wanna draw their ship!

That being said, the other ships shouldn’t hate on Solar x Nebula. Let them be. It’s annoying.

We can all settle our differences somehow! We don’t need to be in an awkward argument about all of this.

Sun ships ranked by how overprotective Old Moon would get if he was jumpscared by Sun getting with them while he was dead (For any character that isn't present or alive at this time in cannon, just assume its an AU where this can be possible)

SolarSun: Starts of hella overprotective, but the second he realizes it's that Eclipse he cools down. He would cool down even more if he watched the channel and saw how he and "New Moon" were. He'd obviously give Solar the shovel talk, but after a month the only thing Moon would comment on is that he was right about Sun being bi, and you better believe he is never gonna let Sun live it down. Overall a nasty surprise at first but he chills out really quick and is generally very supportive. This is probably the only one on this list Moon would actually be completely fine with (eventually)

Sun x Taurus: Moon would be laughing his ass off over the comedically large size difference if he wasn't metaphorically shitting his pants. That was certainly an introduction to the Astrals. If anything, Taurus gives Moon the shovel talk. At first Moon might be worried that Sun is getting forced into this (because Sun probably doesn't have that much power to resist) and offer to move to a different dimension if he is, but Sun is addiment that he's here of his own free will. So that's that! Moon does not need to medal with his scary ass brother-in-law any more then he already as to.

BloodySun: Ex-fucking-cuse me? While Bloodmoon is scary and dangerous, he is not on the same level as Taurus, which means he can catch these hands. If the twins are anything less then saints to Sun, Moon won't hesitate (bitch/ref).

Nexus has a type: Anyone who stands on business. And a body count. Eclipse, Solar, Ruin, Dark Sun and Killer Sun(eclipses and eclipse adjacent)

Ruin has a type: Awkward firsts. Monty and Solar(“you were a wonderful experience” excuse me FUCKING WHAT)

Masm Eclipse x Moon. The show ended but on the Moon speed dates episode, they were so chill. It could work.

The VAs also said that the end was Moon and Eclipse kissing as the world exploded or smth. The gays. We love them.

The ending was, to be specific, Moon blowing up everything and at the end of it all, he goes to Eclipse and says "One last kiss?" They kiss and then everything blows up. The end.

Tragic we didn't get to see it, really.

after today episode, I’m convinced that tipsy Ruin would just sing whatever song is at the top of his head, but drunk Ruin would nosedive into “I really miss him (his Monty), man.” He’s too drunk to stand up straight, so he’s going on the most poetic sad gay mourning vent he can string together, and then the next day he insists it never happened regardless of whether he can remember it or not

I can hear him going on the Eggman "I miss my wife" speech.

Staring at the "ruin is gay" news with a confused brain. Not saying ew, not at all, just as a very fem nonbinary person who was essentially selfshipping with him I feel guilty and like I should stop out of respect but then I stop myself because I'm still non-binary, but then I look at my closet and go hm yeah but I'm afab and dress fem. Conficted and confused with myself T^T

Anon. Here's a fun fact. Ruin isn't real. That's a fictional pixel on a screen. As long as you're not harassing the canon of TSAMS, then you can do whatever. Sun is canonically straight, but that doesn't stop about 95% of the fandom from making him a fruitcake. Go, kiss Ruin in all your femininity, be free.

New Moon used to make Solar's morning coffee every day, adding the exact amount of milk and sugar that Solar liked, in the brown and white mug that Solar likes, using a star-print coffee mug for himself. The two of them would sit and drink it together at the daycare before the children arrived and Solar had to go to his job in the theater.

They both talked about trivialities for hours, laughing at silly jokes and talking about some project they had at the moment (New Moon told him about the sentient knives, Solar laughed for hours before adding ideas to the project to make it even sillier). Sometimes they would interlace their fingers on the desk, holding their hands gently and caressing the other's hand with their thumb.

Soft glances and equally soft and sweet laughter filled both of their mornings.

And now; Solar is alone. Old Moon doesn't stop by the daycare or have coffee with him. There is no one to laugh with, make jokes with or talk to for hours. No one to hold hands. He is alone, with his coffee mug and a star-print coffee mug cooling next to him on the desk.
