I do love a classic Croque Madame and for today's episode of @tsllcookingshow (#8 in Season 5, the final episode of the season!) I am cutting out the extra slice of bread, adding a few extra flavors to the b茅chamel sauce and topping with fried sage leaves picked from from my garden at Le Papillon finished with flaky seas salt.
