You know how you feel so damn insecure when you have a very bug crush on someone? I was just thinking lino who has a big crush on reader whos basically perfect, like handsome, talented, smart and educated (degree and all) , funny, confident, can handle just about anything with a smirk...and just someone the ladies fall for. so mimo thinks he doesnt deserve reader...thinks that reader deserves a woman and not him (cuz of internalized homophobia from living in such a conservative country) and just shuts reader out...but reader is like his "no one is allowed except you" kinda person and he just cant handle it without the man he loves so damn much...and reader is also someone who considers minho as his like other half. and then angsty angst angst happens and ill give you some ideas alr? you dont have to do exactly this, you can do the most angstiest if you think of smth angstier than this

minho accidentally confesses to reader and backtracks bc of said insecurity

minho couldnt take it anymore and kisses reader, only to have all his emotions him when reader doesnt immediately kiss him back(bc of shock) and he like cries and profisely apologises and reader just kisses him

minho avoiding reader only for reader to give him some much needed tlc and coax the reason out of him, which turns out to be his feelings of love

this one is kinda inspired by 'beloved'...reader being shipped a lot with an idol and maybe even fake dating her or maybe acting in a kdrama with her and minho thinks they look so good or smth? but i understand if you dont want to repeat the same thing

i dont know if this is a request or just me findimg your inbox and deciding to write a goddamn thesis, but yeah. if you like the idea, then I'd love to see it be turned into a fic. but I think I'm sending this as smth for you to read by yours truly. hehe. no but i totally get the insecurity part to an extent.

i lowkey think mimo is the type to panic and do something impulsive around his crush. like, he wants to seduce you but also keep a distance.

like this man would look up at you with pretty eyes, batting his eyelashes at you. the next second he’d be throwing a snark comment and insulting you as a form of flirting. he’d always touch you gently and then pinch or flick you. like you’d be confused at the mixed signals but you’d want him SO BAD and he knows it but then sees the way the ladies trip at the sight of you and just— just gets so insecure and backs up.

it’s an ongoing thing between you two and reader gets so used to the dynamic of one moment being so infatuated by each other and the next having minho have some distance. yet, after the drama aired reader realizes minho absolutely hasn’t come near. and OH TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, the companies want them to fake date after the drama finishes just for the sake of increasing popularity and attention. reader doesn’t want ever mention it to minho but having confided in a member, said member says it around minho without knowing and it just SHATTERS minho’s heart even more.

A follow up on what Victor said. I imagine him at an event for let's say Cartier, dressed in Hermes and wearing Cartier jewellery. He'd have an Hermes watch on one hand, and on the same hand, the bracelet Minho made for him...a pastel beaded bracelet with a cute cat head in the middle and a little heart charm. Imagine him drenched in luxury and wearing this, something he values more than Cartier or Hermes or anything else...

That image goes viral, the image of him waving with the hand that he so lovingly wore the bracelet on..he'd get hate from stupid people, most of the reactions would be nothing short of pure respect and admiration.

(I have no idea why the brands have to be French, I just said these since the rest of the brands I know are already taken by the other members)

Now I'll rant about our lovely reader and Hermes...Hermes is known for their quality and expert craftsmanship, their products being made by artisans in France. And I imagine the reader to be someone who values talent and quality...like he'd be the type to buy beautiful souvenirs after travels rather than the mass produced ones. Or he'd prefer to go to a family owned restaurant. Like he values people and art, you know?

Shakespeare could never???? like yeah, it's the scrumptiest of angst. like this sort of avoidance/miscommunication thing just…ugh…delicious. and mimo doesn't notice reader just looking at him as lina so lovingly. he doesn't see it. the ship edits come out, but there's people in the comments being like "he's in a relationship with *idol *, this is disrespect." and the ship edits and stuff of them both slowly start coming down. and reader and the "girlfriend" have to do all these cutesy "subtle" things in public as instructed by the company, and it's things that reader actually does, so Minho genuinely believes that reader likes her. and reader is the brand ambassador of a company, and the gf is also an ambassador of that company or some other company, but the thing is they get invited to an event together…like reader gets invited individually. imagine if its smth as big as the Met, and yk how interviewers just FAWN over couples…skz is all watching the gala interviews and stuff to support their member, but Minho just couldn't take it anymore.
