#song of the day#the family is here! they got here yesterday but we didn't spend much time hanging out everybody mostly went to sleep#today was our first hang-out day#every time we're all in the same room again it's such a great experience. there's five of us! I'm the oldest of five! there's five of us!#it's so good to see a sibling literally any direction I look#this is the song of the day because it makes us laugh#'Cody Wade and Cody / Jack and Cody and all the rest'#and of course 'drummer's riding shotgun playing Assassin's Creed' the line which got us the song in the first place#we were driving to meet a friend and the song came on autoplay after Nick's playlist ended and we weren't really listening#and then that line hit and Duncan was like 'wait did this song just namedrop Assassin's Creed? what did they say??'#I am not too proud to admit I was the only one who did not hear it#two boys shouting at me about portable versions of Assassin's Creed while I fumble to open the spotify app on an unfamiliar phone#it's a fun song
