hey girlypops! just wanted to hop on real quick to remind y’all that putting down other women does not save you from their fate. if a man “hates astrology women,” he hates all women. i don’t care if you don’t believe in astrology or think it’s ridiculous, putting down women who believe in it is horrific.
if a man “hates fat women,” he will still treat you like shit. because that is not “preference,” that is not “concern for their health,” that is misogny. if a man hates women he will live and die that way. you can be the executioner or you can be the fool that defends him even after his death.
there are enough people in this world who hate women without you being one of them. stand the fuck up. defend your sisters. do not fall victim to the trap of receiving approval from your oppressors. they will never see you as one of them.

anadius has made it so so easy and safe for people to obtain ts4 and all of its packs without paying for them and i really wish more people knew about this bc the only way to get EA to pay attention to the terrible state of the game is to literally stop giving them money, 🏴☠️ the packs to keep playing the game u enjoy but know they only care about appeasing their shareholders/investors/whatever they are and they're all driven by money and have very little interest in the playable state of the game in terms of bugs and features unless the game is so broken that people are actively demanding refunds in mass or just not buying the packs at all.

I honestly don't get the spawn vs ascended debate when we really should all be coming together to shame those who think it's "unrealistic" that Astarion could fall in love with default dragonborn Durge on account of that Durge "not being attractive."
Like, I'm sorry, but are you fucking high? In what world is Default Durge not peak sex appeal? Big, tall, muscley thicc ass man who can barely run because he's so caked up with a deep, haunted voice struggling to overcome the darkness within himself all while looking like he could bite Cazador's head off in one satisfying crunch? You're telling me Astarion wouldn't be speed running that romance arc to climb him like a tree? Like that wet pathetic cat man looking for protection and attention wouldn't be the president, vice president, and treasurer of the "Top That Nice But Kind of Disturbed Hot Lizard" club?
Get fucking real.

🔞 sigh. yes again 🔞
Ok SORRY not to post about the old man again but Gallagher exactly the kind of guy that says "I'm too old for you" but it's when you're already making out, his hands on your waist pushing the fabric of your top up so his gloved fingers can brush the soft skin beneath...

Sonia and Komaeda getting along well enough to room together is so good honestly. Even if its mostly bc she takes no shit, Komaeda was still like the only person to stand up for her when Teruteru was trying to get frisky about her naiveté in the prologue/ch1.
I kind of suspect she was acting more unknowing than she really was then, to suit her role as a princess, but he had no way of knowing that then. Plus, if she was aware then, it might be easier for her to recognize the side of him that isn't all hope n murder? Since outside of the killing game he's pretty polite (if self effacing) and generally not down for creepy behavior.
If you've got any more thoughts on these two's interactions postgame, I'd love to hear.
I dont think it's perfect by any means (nothing on the ship is!) but its proooobably the best quick-solution scenario?

not to keep talking about this but if greta decides to take the religious aspects out of her narnia reboot or whatever then there's really no point in even making it. christianity runs so deep in everything related to narnia that taking it out would cause the whole story to fall apart, it would just be another hollow remake and if that's the route she's gonna go (which she most likely will) then i'll just stick to the disney movie and reading the books.

It is no secret that I hate the Fanny/Henry pairing, bc like...
How can you read that book, and how Henry acts, and the distress it causes Fanny while we're in her head the whole way through...
And want her to be wrong? And want her to be the one to have to admit she was wrong?
No! Terrible, awful ending. Henry Crawford is not a good person. He's not, like, evil. But he's selfish and self-centred and thinks he deserves Fanny because he's rich and charming and made the bare minimum effort to seem like a better person. I fully buy into the idea that he likes her because he likes a challenge, and that if finally faced with what she like every day (shy and retiring and quiet and uncomfortable around loads of ppl) he'd start to resent her sharpish.
This is a book about selfishness and selfish people, and even in this cast, he's near the top of the most selfish, the most careless with the feelings of others. At the centre is Fanny, who is maligned and mistreated, but despite all is selfless and good, though she struggles with jealousy and negative thoughts and feelings.
It's a book about how she - poor and dependent and not especially well educated or taken care of by her relatives - knows her own mind and deserves to be treated as a rational, intelligent person.
It is literally crucial to her arc and the arc of the story that she's right about Crawford!
