As I am writing this, one question keeps my mind running, and here it goes "How can intelligent people handle toxic people?"

Who are those intelligent people? Who are those toxic? Who triggers them? What are things they can do? Are you one of them?

It was 6 pm, at my workplace, silently working overtime, when one of my workmates started to spill a tea (gossip) about my other workmate (she's not around that time). They started to talk about things she wears, how she dresses, how she reacts, etc. It only started with one person who talks about her, it becomes two to three until everyone agrees.

One thing that makes me realize is that they're only brave when the person is not around. TOXIC people are like rats who only play when the cat is not around. When they can no longer control you, they will try to control how others see you.

As I was observing them, I list down all the traits that make them toxic:

1. They are always complaining - No one can make them satisfied. They give comments on the smallest flaw or imperfections you have.

2. They act like they're the queens - They act like fabulous and never make mistakes

3. They are liars. - They give other information about you, without even have proof.

4. They have small brains. - No logical conversation is possible with them.

5. They are bully enablers. - Toxic people enables bullying, they are the fuel to the fire of bullying

As of the moment, I have no ideas yet, on how intelligent people handle toxic people. One thing I am sure of is that, intelligent people are unbothered, moisturized, happy, on their path, focused, and flourished.
