Kate brings up that’s she’s definitely not pregnant which makes me think... what did they do when they go their period? Did they just use leaves? Did poor Claire have to use a bunch of leaves post partum? Are there Dharma brand pads and tampons?

#probably yes on dharma brand pads and tampons hopefully by season 2 everyone had switched to regular menstrual products #but what about anyone who got their period in season 1 and early season 2 #season 1 lasted 44 days so everyone that has a regular menstrual cycle would have gotten their period at least one in season 1 #what did they do #unless the stress of crash landing on an island made their periods miss a cycle or 2 #which is plausible that does happen #bit unlikely to happen for everyone at least some people would have gotten their period on the island #and there is still post partum claire there is a lot of blood that comes out of you post giving birth #lost re watch
