As you may know, Singapore is famous for its strict environmental regulations, so that all citizens in this country have an awareness of protecting the living environment and loving the greenery surroundings. If you have a chance to visit this country, don’t forget to visit these following Singapore restaurants to enjoy a fresh relaxing atmosphere while having natural-ingredient meals together with your family. 
Wildseed Café and Bar
A café, dessert, cocktail bar and urban farm are all combined in the wild crop, with ingredients from the farm coming to join the plates and glasses. Try some tipples inspired by nature, like the Wild Thing ($20), a chamber gin cocktail with lemon juice and sweet-fried fruits, and a portion of meaty, gourmet sandwiches ($15-18) before choosing a dessert.
Like other Singapore restaurants, the desserts are also represented in local influences. Banana loaf(s$7.50) is topped with ginger flower shavings while coconut muffin(s$7.50), is painted blue with the addition of pea flora, which is a traditional ingredient used in Peranakan cuisine.

Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique
The pride and joy of this gelato parlour are tropical fruits, flowers, pods, herbs and spices. The fresh, botanical gelatin of S$4.70/scoop is a wonderful creation using  the region’s natural ingredients and flavours. Perhaps you should go for lychee, pandan, white chrysanthemum, raspberry basil and other tropical varieties, instead of hazelnuts and chocolate. Tell the gelato to get a crispy thyme cone for an extra dollar to lift these floral notes.

Open Farm Community
The Dempsey enclave of restaurants and bars is an open-concept kitchen, the chefs are using the ingredients from a garden just steps from your table. The garden of Open Farm society is next to the dining room, so it is no wonder why vegetables dishes are the calling cards here. Don’t forget to try all these delicious dishes in the menu: Mud Crab Tagliolini (S$25) and Pulled Pork Benedict (S$32) buttermilk Pancakes (S$ 22), Red Clutch Burger (S$32).

Pollen
This fine dining restaurant situated at the heart of the Gardens by the Bay, offers beautiful dishes as lively and colorful as its decorations. Managing Director Steve Allen, formerly from the one Michelin star Claridge’s in London, is highlighting bold flavors with his innovative use of vegetables, which can be seen in the vivid artichoke, basil and selected pear and in the Vegetarian Tasting menu of Pollen (S$155).
Dishes are served in a variety of fresh vegetables, mixed with salty celeric, black garlic, black truffles, tomato, pecorino and walnuts, which are all available while you admiring  the Marina Bay waterfront.
After a meals, don’t forget to visit the Floral Dome and stroll around the Mediterranean Sub-20oC greenhouse of exotic flowers.

Knots Café and Living
Step into this café like a stroll into a greenhouse— it flourishes with gardens, terraries, potted plants and other tropical flora. Everything here is for sale, including the tables you are sitting on while discovering the sweet desserts menu.
Expect coffee-treat: there’s Crab Risotto Blue Swimmer (US$ 24.90, Egg Florentine SU$12.90 and many other things to try. Besides café and dessert, Knots Café has an amazing array of handmade pieces of furniture from dining tables to armchairs and cabinets.

Picnic
One of the best Singapore restaurants, Picnic will give you a real experience of dining just in an indoor food truck park, providing various activities based on your seat. The space of the café is full of fresh flowers and potted plants which affirm its name. It’s the handicraft of Harijanto Setiawan, Singaporean florist whose creation won the as the Silver Gilt Medal of 2013 Chelsea Flower Show London International awards.
When you want to indulge in your own lobster grilled cheese sandwich (S$18) or drink tea on the patio, the scenery of the café illuminates the moment and the atmosphere–it’s almost like you are enjoying an outdoor picnic. Order warm dishes such as pepperoni pizzas (14 USD) and whole French chickens (29,90 USD), and finish your meal with sweets such as crêpes decorated with berries and nuts (4-8 US Dollars). A little bar at the back of the space sells beer, wine, and cocktails if you are looking for boozy beverages.

The Halia
The Halia (is also the malays term of “ginger”) is home to more than 250 species of the plant, which is situated in The Ginger Garden of the Singsapore Botanical Gardens. The restaurant go for the concept of nature: even its architecture is in line with the contours of the land, conserving the trees and its foliage. 
The cuisine, though, mixes traditional European stule with the flavors and tastes of South-East Asia, with several forms of ginger on the dish, different from other Singapore restaurants. The lemongrass and ginger creeping bowl (S$16, for example, is supplemented by ginger dressing) while its fillet (s$33) swims into a broth of ginger-sweetened flavour. In addition, fantastic views are promised when you choose to visit this restaurant.
