Nearing the end of the Project - weird. It's weird how fast that time goes. Only 100 days, but it flew by it seems. An early version of The Meditation or The Inner Voice by August’s Rodin at the museum in Paris. Another favourite museum of mine to visit. Apart from all the wonderful art and sculptures there, the house and grounds are equally as stunning. I just loved some of his ‘drafts’ for his work. Once in a while, you need to sit back and just enjoy the sweets!! Day 88 this year was also a big 25 years since my family moved to the big city from a small town. It was terrifying and exciting all at the same time. So many challenges and new things to learn and adapt to. But we did it, and I am so grateful my Mom decided to make that decision to move us. Crazy how fast 25 years has flown by when you stop to think about it. One of the first really fancy restaurants we went to when we moved was Joey Tomatoes in Eau Claire (now just Joey @joeyrestaurants), and that was such a different type of place than we were used to.
