I’m making an AU where you meet a younger Papyrus in the snowy area in UTY

You have to back track after doing the scarf quest and Martlets encounter, Papyrus got lost after a training session with Undyne is the premise so far!

more stuff if interested under cut

After interacting with Papyrus he’ll monologue about how he had gotten lost on his way back to Snowdin from Waterfall, and in turn ask for your help finding a way back or to somewhere he recognizes, like Hotland

If you mention taking him with you back to Martlet he’ll start info dumping about how he wants to be a Royal Guard when he’s old enough, and when he’s out of stripes. He’ll run ahead of you to speak with Martlet first, when you try to follow him Flowey will pop up and talk to you about Papyrus.

Papyrus with accompany you on the raft with Martlet, and when the raft crashes Martlet struggles to fly carrying him in her claws by the shoulders
