Send a 👫and I’ll write four headcanons I have about our muse’s relationship | status: accepting
Liam & Milah first met in the Land of Untold Stories (after Milah was brought back to life post-River throwing), & because of that, their separate connections to Killian went unknown, & they were merely two people who were able to connect through their seaworthy adventures
Their friendship is a simple one; usually involving afternoons talking about whatever crossed their minds– Milah often talked about Bae, her life as a pirate, her time in the Underworld. Liam mostly talked about his crew, Nemo, & the more intriguing quests the Nautilus has gone on
The first time Killian is brought up, Milah is telling Liam about how she came into the life of piracy. There’s an immediate charge of tension coming from Liam & it’s all he can do to not get up & walk away. He avoids Milah for a couple days after that, until he’s able to separate his anger & hatred for Killian from Milah; she was long gone by the time his papa was killed & had nothing to do with Killian’s decisions.
The next time he sees Milah, he explains his history with Killian & soon enough all is forgiven between the two friends & things return to normal. Their friendship continues even after Hyde brings everyone to Storybrooke (a friendship that Liam holds close as he’s forced to navigate such a strange realm)

-James slides in for a kiss- (oops??)
FIRST THREE IN MY INBOX GET KISSES 1/3
The tavern had been as busy as any other the crew of the Nautilus ventured to in the infrequent nights they spent inland; Liam’s quiet presence over shadowed by the more vivacious crewmen, which he was perfectly content with. The wine slowly seeping into his blood held more interest to him than the women that kept the men around him occupied.
Responding and reacting to the activity around him just enough to give the illusion that he was paying any sort of serious attention, light blues scanned the tavern, taking in the rest of the activity that kept the business abuzz that night. Across the room, eyes met a pair staring back at him, his interest immediately piqued by the unexpected-- yet very intentional, if the smirk the other man sported was any indication-- attention. Holding the older man’s gaze, he slowly, but purposefully, finished off the still half-full mug of wine in his hand.
In that time, Liam’s thoughts went back and forth over whether or not he had any interest in their staring contest becoming something else. He hadn’t followed his fellow crewmen into the tavern with the intent of finding someone to waste a couple hours with, but taking into consideration how long it had been since his last encounter-- finding interested parties wasn’t exactly as easy as hitting up a tavern and choosing someone at random-- and the fact there was an obviously interested party, he was finding it difficult to turn down the opportunity.
Mind made up and cup empty, Liam pushed himself up out of his seat, continuing to hold the stranger’s gaze, only breaking it once he turned towards the door to leave. Even without having to look, he knew the sudden scrape of wood against wood was the older man leaving as well. Pausing outside the tavern’s door, just within the shadows beyond the lamplight’s reach, he waited.
As soon as the other appeared, a hand shot out to grab the front of his shirt, effectively dragging both of them further into the darkness, backing himself up against the building’s siding. His other hand curling around the back of the older man’s neck, Liam pulled him close as lips crashed together without any other pretense, his hold keeping the other pressed against him.

A Look at Nature’s Most Bizarre Creatures.
For my last content post I wanted to create something more interesting and uplifting. I decided, what would be more perfect than looking at the most amazing creatures to grace this planet. We’ll look at four amazing creatures including: the dumbo octopus, the barreled fish, the saiga antelope, and the superb-bird-of-paradise.Â
Lets begin with the most adorable of the four, the dumbo octopus. Scientifically known as Grimpoteuthis spp, this octopus is the deepest living octopus known to date. Named after their large “ears” that are used for locomotion this octopus swallows prey whole. There is still much more to learn about this animal as the population count of this animal is still unknown. If you are interested in watching this adorable killer in action a link will be posted here.

(Still photo taken from rare footage of a baby dumbo octopus.)
Next, keeping with the theme of deepwater fish is the barreleye fish. My personal favorite on the list simply because at first glance I was convinced it was a clickbait photo. Famous for its translucent head and tubular eyes this fish lives in the depths of the ocean where it remains still for most of the day. It uses its specially adapted eyes to spy silhouettes against the pitch black background of the deep sea. Amazingly this animal was first described in 1939, which I imagine had to be a riveting discovery. If you would like to learn more about the magnificent eyes of the barreleye more info is here.

(An amazing image of the translucent barreleye.)
With this next animal, we step out of the sea and look to the sky to discuss the superb-bird-of-paradise. First, watch this short video of its amazing colors and courtship dance here. Perhaps the most amusing feature of this avian creature is the uncanny “smiley face” it displays when performing its mating ritual. This is a form of intersexual competition where females choose the males depending on their flashy colors and or dances. Interestingly enough, human males have taken this ritual and applied it to frat house basements throughout college campuses with great success. *joke*
Finally, we’ll discuss the sad case of the saiga antelope. This creature lives mostly in or around kazakhstan. It’s striking feature is its abnormal snout. WWF.org describes it as, “The large humped nose hangs over the mouth of the saiga. The nose is flexible and inflatable so helps it to breathe clean air during dusty summers and warm air during cold winters.” Saiga antelopes are poached illegally for their meat and their horns. Combine this with habitat loss and you have a conservationist’s worst nightmare. It now has a population around 50,000 individuals and is listed as critically endangered.Â

(A saiga antelope shows off his distinctive horns and nose.)Â
The point of this post is to show that life is truly amazing in every sense of the word. Earth is a planet worth saving, these animals are worth conserving. We owe it to our children and our children’s children to preserver nature’s beauty. 50 years from now, I hope that the story of conservation will be one of improbable comebacks. With ecosystems making unlikely returns and endangered species returning to healthy numbers. Tomorrow’s people will see that we as a generation cared for the spectacles this world has to offer and will be eternally grateful for efforts put forth to protect them.Â

2019 New and Future Cars: Lincoln
With the launch of the all-new 2018 Navigator, Lincoln regained some of its long-lost mojo. And this time, the luxury marque has the product pipeline to build on this success.
Lincoln Mark IX Coupe
With Ford’s recent announcement that it would cease production of all cars save the Mustang, it got us to thinking: What would a Mustang-based Lincoln coupe look like? Lincoln stylists seem to favor British designs, so we envisioned an Aston-esque shape with the Continental’s mesh grille. But what to call it? Continental Mark IX made the most sense, though some staffers suggested Memorial, Nebraska, and Mary Todd. Motivation for this dream Lincoln would come from, what else, an electrified, all-wheel-drive-capable powertrain pushing 500-plus horsepower at peak efficiency; that, or a version of Lincoln’s 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6 would get it to the showroom floor quicker. And it would have to be priced to do battle with the Lexus LC. There you have it: free product planning advice, complements of Automobile. You’re welcome, Lincoln.
On sale: You never know Base price: $90,000 (est)
2020 Lincoln Aviator
Lincoln first launched the Aviator, a sort of mini-me Navigator based on the Ford Explorer, way back in 2003. It was handsome and quick, but slow sales prompted Lincoln to cancel it in 2005—just before the massive shift in the market to smaller SUVs. Oops. The Aviator returns for 2020, rolling on a rear-drive platform that will also underpin the next Explorer. A seven-seat layout gives the Aviator its long and low profile. Lincoln is keeping technical details quiet for now, revealing only that the powertrain lineup will include a twin-turbo engine (likely a version of Lincoln’s 3.0-liter V-6) with an optional plug-in hybrid drivetrain. Tech includes a camera that scans the road surface and adjusts the suspension accordingly, plus the ability to use a smartphone as the car key. This isn’t new, but it’s new to Lincoln.
On sale: Mid to late 2019 (est) Base price: $62,000 (est)
 2018 Lincoln Navigator
The full Navigator lineup is now on sale, including Black Label, Premiere, Select, and Reserve models. (As a reminder, the Navigator is indeed an SUV and not a line of whiskeys.) We’re partial to the “themed” interiors of the Black Label, which are named Chalet, Destination, and Yacht Club. It’s as if Lincoln just can’t get away from the glory days of the 1970s. But so far it’s worked: The Navigator has been a big hit for Lincoln thus far, thanks in part to a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6 pushing 450 horsepower mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission and a vastly improved interior and exterior. The Navigator is proof positive that the age of the full-size SUV roaming the earth isn’t quite over yet.
On sale: Now Base price: $73,250
2019 Lincoln Nautilus
The Nautilus is the face-lifted version of the MKX, and it represents Lincoln’s much-needed move away from its alphabet soup of model names. The biggest styling change to the Nautilus is its new Continental-style grille, with an upright position drawing out the former MKX’s pug nose and improving vehicle proportions. The all-turbo engine lineup consists of a 245-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder and a 335-hp 2.7-liter V-6, both paired to an eight-speed automatic.
On sale: Summer 2018 Base price: $42,000 (est)

@princesircastic continued from [x]
This stranger wasn’t the first to be surprised by Liam’s intensity and straightforwardness, and he certainly wouldn’t be the last. It amused Liam how many men misread his quieter, laid back demeanor as shyness, because he was far from shy when it came to these sorts of dalliances.
Fingers tightened into the surprisingly soft fabric of the other man’s shirt, a matching grin spreading across Liam’s features as he took the offered moment to suck in a deep breath. “Just don’t see the point in wasting time,” he explained, tilting his head forward to brush their lips together in a teasing touch. “Do you?”

Frost blue and tea orange
colorful headcanons | status: accepting
FROST BLUE: does your muse enjoy the snow and cold? or are they the type to enjoy summer more?
He absolutely hates the cold. Give him sunshine any day.
TEA ORANGE: what is something that your muse is fascinated with?
Octopi. And they’re something he’s been fascinated with since he was a kid.

new leaf, moss, cool grey, malachite, burnt umber, reddish brass.
colorful headcanons | status: accepting
NEW LEAF: what message would your muse send to their past self, if any?
Don’t fight against Nemo so damn much. You’re only making things harder for yourself and you’ll regret it down the line.
MOSS: how easily does your muse adapt to any new situations they're thrust into?Â
He rolls with the flow pretty damn well. The years spent as an orphan living around the docks helped with his ability to adapt to new situations; even when his stubbornness got in the way, he still knew how to navigate his new surroundings.
COOL GREY: if your muse could ensure one thing for certain in their future to come, what would it be?
As long as he has Nemo, there really isn’t anything else that he needs in his future.
MALACHITE: has your muse ever done anything that they winded up feeling incredibly guilty for in the end?
Accidentally stabbing Nemo when he went after Killian in a need for revenge
BURNT UMBER: how stable is your muse, mentally and/or emotionally?
For the most part, he’s quite stable mentally and emotionally. It takes a lot for something to get underneath his skin enough to shake him, but when it does, he can get pretty explosive. Though it’s usually short lived.
REDDISH BRASS: how likely is your muse to step up and take the role of a leader? are they willing to take the challenge, or are they more apt to being a follower?
He has no desire to be a leader, and is more than happy keeping at Nemo’s side as his First Mate.

send ' ▼' for my muse’s reaction to yours straddling/sitting on their lap. | status: accepting
Despite being quite content in his newfound relationship with Robbie, Liam was still getting used to what all that meant; & the fact that Robbie was definitely a very touchy person-- something that Liam didn’t mind, of course-- made things potentially awkward once in a while when they were aboard the Nautilus.
For example, when Liam’s minding his own business in one of the common areas, a couple other crewmen wandering about, & the next thing he knows, there’s curly hair in his vision & a sudden weight making itself comfortable in his lap. With everyone aboard the submarine still getting used to their relationship, there were definitely moments where Liam wished they were alone, instead of having an audience.
Despite that, however, Liam would never push the blond away. Instead, a hand slides around Robbie’s waist & his head rests against the older man’s shoulder with a soft hum. “Where have you been all morning?”
