one day i might make a blog to store all my au’s but for now you guys have to sit with me using this one

GaGene ATLA AU (since ive been watching the live action recently (and not loving it but whtaever) )

except i break it a little and take the concept Korra had of a dark avatar and a light avatar

and break that and well Lucilla and Liberta are now both the avatars thank you (i may or may not explain how this works)

Eugene is an airbender with a fire nation parent and an air nomad parent

and Gavus is a earthbender from the Earth Kingdom

The Celestials will be Earth Kingdom

The Hypogeans are Fire Nation

Gavus and Eugene basically stumble upon two kids who happen to be the avatars and they decide to raise these two kids in secret until Lucilla and Liberta are stolen and separated into the Fire Nation’s Avatar, Lucilla, and the Earth Kingdom’s Avatar, Liberta

During a war between the Earth Kingdom and the Fire Nation, Lucilla and Liberta meet and they recognize something they both had when they were kids while fighting, which leads to them remembering each other and running from the battle

They save Eugene and Gavus from their respective prisons and they go off to live peacefully because by this point Lucilla and Liberta were prematurely trained into partially realized avatars no matter what they wanted
