VALORANT Patch Notes 7.07 (October 2023)
Tumblr media
VALORANT Patch Notes 7.07 October 2023 Introduction: The latest VALORANT update, Patch 7.07, has just been released, bringing several changes to enhance the gaming experience. Notably, it introduces updates to the Haven map, along with various bug fixes. VALORANT Patch 7.07 Notes: Map Updates: Haven - The breaking animation of the destructible panels above the doors in the Mid Doors/Garage has been updated to make the backside more visible upon breaking. Performance Improvements: - Enabled multi-threaded rendering for discrete Intel graphics cards and reduced the required core count for processors. Bug Fixes: General: - Fixed an issue introduced in Patch 7.06 where, under specific conditions, the game could emit 3D sounds even though three-dimensional sounds were untested and unsupported. VALORANT currently supports only stereo and mono audio outputs. - We now offer the HRTF technology option to simulate three-dimensional audio on headphones. However, using the HRTF option simultaneously with another in-game sound virtualization software may lead to dual processing, so it is not recommended. - Reminder that other sound virtualization software cannot obtain information from stereo sounds. Agents: Cypher - Neural Theft (X) no longer cancels even if Cypher dies after using the ability. - Fixed an issue where Cypher could remain blinded if caught in a flash while using Spy Camera (E) when the round ended. Gekko - Disorientation's (E) enemy detection range now decreases properly when inside Viper's Pit (X). Premier: - Fixed a bug causing the attacking side to have priority over the defending side in the Overtime Priority vote. - Resolved an issue displaying a second timer on-screen after the "Side Choose" vote had ended. - Fixed a bug causing the Overtime Priority vote to restart in some cases during the next round. Meta-Description: Explore the changes in VALORANT with the October 2023 Patch Notes. Haven map updates, performance enhancements, and crucial bug fixes await. Stay ahead in the game! Meanwhile, we're not standing still; updates for Gekko and Skye, a new Team Deathmatch map, and more await you in this patch. Click the link for another VALORANT news!
VALORANT Patch Notes 7.12 December 2023 Agent Updates:
Gekko: Gekko's ability to retrieve creatures from the ground is one of his unique strengths. This change shortens the time to retrieve abilities from the ground, allowing for more diverse scenarios. Additionally, we enhance the reliability of Disoriented (E), making Gekko feel safer while encouraging more frequent ability retrieval. - Disoriented (E), Slammer (Q), and Bully (X) Retrieval: - Reduced retrieval time: 2 s >>> 1 s. - Disoriented (E): - Fires faster when targeting an enemy while primed, and the plasma travels faster. - Reduced pre-fire delay: 0.5 s >>> 0.35 s. - Increased plasma speed: 7,000 >>> 10,000. Skye: These changes aim to make players use Trailblazer (Q) more consciously: - Forces a choice between disabling camera movements when leaping forward with Trailblazer to control multiple points or leaping forward to cover extra distance. - Opponents successfully destroyed while advancing with Trailblazer will no longer be stunned. - Standardized the stunning effect of this ability to affect both enemies and teammates, similar to Gekko's Bully (X). This requires Skye and the team to coordinate more effectively when using Trailblazer. - Trailblazer (Q): - Disabled camera movements when leaping forward. - No longer causes a stunning explosion when destroyed while advancing. - Sounds indicating destruction while advancing are now played. - Now stuns both enemies and teammates. Map Updates: Our new map, Drift, joins the Team Deathmatch map pool! Drift features a long-range middle corridor, isolated side corridors, and exciting ways to reposition between corridors. Performance Improvements: - Raw Input Latency: - Removed the beta tag. - Changed default setting to be enabled. - Existing settings will not be affected. Player Behavior Changes: - Added group invite codes that group leaders can create, allowing other players to join your group in the game. Bug Fixes: Agents: - Fixed an issue where scores for using an ability weren't counting for the relevant player. This affected Sova's Shock Dart (Q) scoring while controlling Owl Drone (C), Gekko's Pounce (C) scoring while controlling Bully (X), and Cypher's Trapwire (E) scoring while looking through Spy Camera (E). - KAY/O's NULL/cmd (X) crashing causing a red portrait is now visible to everyone in the game. Player Behaviors: - Fixed a rare issue where an AFK-detected player spawning in the next round prevented their teammates from earning the pistol round bonus. Premier: - Fixed an issue where the message "Waiting for Opponents" appeared when a team voted during overtime. Click the link for the official VALORANT web site. Read the full article

VALORANT Patch Notes 7.10 November 2023
Tumblr media
VALORANT Patch Notes 7.10 November 2023 Introduction: Discover the latest changes in VALORANT with Patch 7.10, featuring updates to Jett's Cloudburst (X) and Deadlock's Nano grip (C) bomb. Specific alterations for Fade and Reyna in Team Deathmatch aim to balance their strengths. Share your thoughts, and enjoy the game! Click the link for another VALORANT news! VALORANT Patch Notes 7.10 Agent Updates: Deadlock: - Players caught in Nanogrip (C) bomb must now remove the tether themselves to escape its effect. This change adds unique dynamics to the ability, requiring players to lower their weapons and risk making noise to break free. - Nanogrip debuff now persists until the caught player removes the tether. - Players caught by Nanogrip experience increased gravity and movement restriction. For example, it affects Jett's Tailwind (E) distance. - Increased Nanogrip removal time: 0.85 s >>> 1.5 s. - Expanded Nanogrip bomb radius: 6 meters >>> 8 meters. Jett: - Third-person animations for Jett's Cloudburst (X) have been updated for better clarity in conflicts. Distinguishing between Jett's running and knife-throwing motions is now more straightforward. Team Deathmatch Changes: Reyna: - Reyna's Leer (C) ability, not affecting teammates in Team Deathmatch's close-quarters nature, was overly potent. Additionally, without a time limit on Empress (X), it was too effective. These changes extend the time between Reyna's powerful moments and encourage players to gather ultimate orbs for activating Empress. - Team Deathmatch-specific changes: - Increased cooldown of Leer (C): 44 s >>> 51 s. - Empress (X) now fills 14% slower. Fade: - Using Fade's abilities and benefiting from them in Team Deathmatch posed challenges. These adjustments allow Fade to more easily approach and engage enemies. - Team Deathmatch-specific changes: - Reduced cooldown of Eternity (C): 44 s >>> 36 s. - Reduced cooldown of Dash (Q): 51 s >>> 48 s. Performance Improvements: - Added presets to the statistics page. Bug Fixes: General: - Fixed an issue causing incorrect application of echo effects on certain sound types, including weapon and footstep sounds. - Resolved a problem where Viper's Pit (X) did not properly block vision on the mini and mega maps. - Fixed issues with Fade's Eternity (C) allowing passage through certain objects. Player Behaviors: - Fixed an issue where part of the text on the reporting button in the player reporting menu was not visible when the game was in Arabic.
