16 years ago our country was attacked by terrorists from #saudiarabia and #afghanistan, now 16 years on and our world has completely changed. You now have to go to the airport with the least amount of bags possible, go to football games with clear totes, "see something, say something, spying of innocent people." Among other things that the government can think up. I also went into the #usnavy and lived in 🇯🇵for four years with the US 7th fleet and #vaw115. First of all I'm a #veteran and I served in 🇯🇵 for four years at Naval Air Facilities #Atsugi. After HS, I wanted to go on an adventure and not go straight to college. I never saw the fighting in 🇦🇫or, 🇮🇶. But, we had 🇨🇭 and North Korea to worry about. It was a good tour and I got to experience things that only 1% of the pop of the 🇺🇸gets to experience. I worked as a plane captain with #vfa102 #diamondbacks and #vaw115 #libertybells on the flight deck of the #usskittyhawk. It is one of the most dangerous jobs in the 🌏. Eight years on, I went to school to get my general studies done and then picked up #photography. I have my mom to thank for getting me into this #art because she noticed my talents from taking 📷 while on deployment. This lead me to becoming a #photojournalist because I didn't like the idea of being confined to a studio. Eventually, I found #yoga and #acroyoga through a friend and I love it. It has helped me with my injuries that I got in the #Navy and in my car accident. This eventually lead me to meet, @artsyoginista and her #humdayfashionasana tribe. Through the good and bad days, we have been there for each other and it is good to have an understanding #friend who challenges me to do yoga.
