• is at the top of a leading authority thats actually supposed to be against Vazios association, at some point she stopped being involved with Vazio for good but some lore points happened and now they MUST interact so most of their interactions in authorion is done is secret

• desva is albino and her design is usually accompanied by sunglasses, those big victorian hats and an umbrella

• i'd imagine her top quote would be "whats the point of makeup if it isn't to intimidate?"

• likes to be flashy but hates attention and her business with duty over the years have made her hate any socialities that include the public or strangers, very image-oriented so when she MUST, usually just charms/intimidates others with a fiercely devious attitude and then after just self isolates from exhaustion

• in social settings people are either scared or attracted or both to her (or want her dead)

• HATES showing skin that isnt her face and also will shoot you if you see her without makeup

• more reserved and less flashy than desv and isnt really that worried about how the public perceives them. because the public will never perceive her because he works under the shadows all the time anyways

• works for a more less-personed federation, but probably the reason why said federation is powerful too

• murderous and he and desv get into ALOT of disputes

• doesnt intentionally threaten everybody, she just looks like that and he probably creates the awkward social situations because they don't know how to talk to people
