Quickie for day 5, since my Thursdays are jam packed with classes. I drew this mountain bluebird with the paint sticks my AP art teacher, Mrs. Scott, presented to me at my senior awards assembly the year I graduated high school. A VCUarts graduate herself, she along with my other high school art teacher, Mr. Moore, were two people who contributed to immeasurable growth and success on my journey to college. Allowing a bird pun, their guidance truly did help me take flight.
