Lore of Cerena Cortela, Justine’s best friend

Cerena being in a family who are the only ones withheld the power of spells of the Sun. Her mother, Marisol is considered the Sun goddess of Las Vegas and Cerena is next in line after her.

Marisol has been training Cerena to use the spells of the Sun from her own spell book called “Los hechizos del sol” turning out that she’s not only she welds the powers of her but also the moon as well.

Cerena has two powers Sun/Fire (Lava) and Moon/ Water (bits of fire) but mainly she uses Sun powers. She’s still learning on using her moon powers

Cerena is well proficient in casting spells during in battle but has a low proficiency in hand to hand combat. She’s not a fighter, she’s more of a magic user so physical combat is not her thing. 🧍‍♀️

She has her own spellbook that she’s constantly updating when she learns a new spell. Most of her spellbook contains all Sun spells and others would be a small percentage of moon spells.

She can create spells to summon weapons as an assist attack combat when needed.

(Anyone that is a magic user or a witch in FOXX15 would constantly have a book updating their spells. The Nevada power grimoire, the county spellbook (whether it’s Washoe, Clark, Nye, or Elko. They get their own spellbook) have close ties to magic users spell book. They use it as references as caution)

Justine and Cerena are close besties (they have met before since Marisol and Domingo have a business set in the westside and have been operating for a good decade. Domingo, Marisol, and Ghost are friendly acquaintances. That’s how they met as kids) it’s just they haven’t actually became friends until like freshman year of high school (ass end before elementals story take place)

They are like too close to the point you would call them sisters

(Hence why in elementals, Cerena showed up to the hospital worried about Justine after getting a fight at the warehouse that could potentially killed her after losing a lot of blood from a bad cut from Michele)
