SINCE THE NEW TIME, TRANSPORTATION HAS BEEN CONSISTENTLY LATE IN PICKING UP and DROPPING HOME

1ST transportation guy shows up by himself ringing bell at 9:54 AM, rang apartment door bell, not building intercom bell (either someone let him in the apartment building or the door was left open intentionally)

2nd transportation partner not there; I told the guy to come back when the other guy gets here and closed apartment door, told him and others prior that they should not ring bell unless the 2 of them are together because you are wasting time and making me come to the door twice for no reason. 2 men are required to carry relative down in wheelchair so it does not make sense to ring the bell unless the 2 people are there.

The 2 men GOT BACK AT 10:11AM.

Relative got home around 5 PM, even though should be home sometime around / after 3PM, since appointments gave been rescheduled to an hour earlier.

FRIDAY, MARCH 24, 2023 The other reason there was STREET THEATER on the day my bed ridden relatives doctor appointmment was supposed to occur is because I did not accompany her. I stated inside the apartment I would not be going with relative, the apartment has had ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE directed at and inside it for years now, at least since I became aware in 2016 (suspicion based on real time NOISE HARASSMENT I was experiencing) / 2017 (confirmed due to WORKPLACE MOBBING HARASSMENT SUBLIMINALLY / PSYCHOLOGICALLY REFERENCING things I stated or things that I did in my apartment that only someone who was inside my apartment would know, if you were not there then its obvious some kind of SURVEILLANCE was installed; while I was working at NYC DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS prompting me to move out ASTORIA, NY in 2018, in hopes of escaping the apparent SURVEILLANCE inside of my residence, only for it to follow me to my apartment in MIDWOOD, BROOKLYN.

I am sure the SURVEILLANCE was installed sometime before that to gather more PERSONAL / PRIVATE / CONFIDENTIAL data on me, obtain nude images (Due to the ONGOING real time DAILY NOISE HARASSMENT, I believe there is visual / video surveillance directed at and inside my apartment in various spaces, including my bedroom, my bed ridden relatives bedroom and my bathroom to name places where most people would be nude on occassions with the expectation of privacy, personal conversations, things I am doing, etc.

When I discovered the ILLEGAL SURVEILANCE that was apparently directed at and inside my residence is when the perpetrators were ready to let me know the surveillance was installed, however I am sure the ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE had been there before my realization.

My sister, one of my STALKERS / ABUSERS / HARASSERS sent a series of texts today with additonal doctors appointments, with an accompanying text that I have to go with bed ridden relative to appointments. I responded she will have to reschedule to times when she is available to go with her because I am not going.

The appointments are all pretty much NUMBER HARASSMENT referencing people and things I have talked about before, most of this PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT SUBLIMINALLY REFERENCES WILFRED SHAWN KIRKALDY and DEVIN ELTON THOMPSON and my VAGINA, HPV, MY PHYSICAL APPEARANCE, ETC.

THESE 2 men are romantic / sexual partners from my past that I have not been with since JUNE 2007 and MARCH 2011, respectively. I have had some extremely negative experiences with these men, where I have been verbally / emotionally abused and had to question their mental health. I have receipts to back this up.

At this point I have no choice but to think bases on years of abuse and analysis of the abuse that, either these men and / or associates of these men have done this to me in conjunction with NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION staff, initiated by NATASHA LIGGINS-MODELO, TOLANI ADEBOYE, and KHADIJA DAVIS) or someone (NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION STAFF) used the HACKED INFORMATION to PSYCHOLOGICALLY HARASS / RE-TRAUMATIZE ME WITH THE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD WITH THESE MEN IN A VERY DISTANT PAST, WHICH I HAD GOTTEN OVER AND MOVED ON FROM MANY YEARS AGO, long before 2015, when all this shit started happening .

Like most people, I don't want to be continually reminded of exes I have had nothing to do with for years romantically / sexually and men I don't want anything to do with anymore. They are in the past and that's where they were when this HARASSMENT started and that is where they needed to stay. I was no longer interested in them romantically, only friendly / platonically on a very sporadic basis.

See previous posts for receipts of verbal / emotional abuse especially from WILFRED SHAWN KIRKALDY. I had to file a DOMESTIC INCIDENT REPORT with NYPD, because amongst other stuff he wrote, he threatened to use my SSN to open up fraudulent accounts in my name, and this was unfortunately not enough for my young inexperienced self to walk away from, and I had plenty of reasons before but, hey I was in my 20s and this was my first real real relationship, I did not have much self love and was just so inexperienced to know we should have never gotten off the ground with that relationship but I digress.

My STALKER / SISTER is aware of the HARASSMENT, as she has been engaged in it for some time now and like my relative I was explaining to her what was happening to me after it started happening, eventually she did not want to hear about it and started telling me I need to talk to someone about it, this confirmed for me she was down with the harassment, with her it was a little harder to detect.

Although my SISTER / STALKER acts as if she has no clue what is going on, she has to because she has to keep perpetuating the lies and not acknowledge the fact that she is involved in an ORGANIZED CRIME RING, that is MY TARGETED ORGANIZED GROUP STALKING and PSYCHOLOGICAL HARASSMENT.

She knows that I get harassed by her and other people. I am harassed everywhere I am and go, STREET THEATER is set up ahead of time. I am sick of it and refuse to subject myself to it, I don't get peace, quiet, or privacy in my apartment either but at least I don't have to come in close contact with morons in the outside world who are FRAMING / SETTING ME UP TO LOOK CRAZY while they COVERTLY PSYCHOLOGICALLY HARASS ME IN PUBLIC UNDER CAMERAS, then will lie to cover up for each other to say I am the problem if some kind of altercation happens based on their instigation. I won't do it.

These STREET THEATER tactics were set up in my own GYN MEDICAL OFFICE, including PATIENTS / PLANTS in the waiting room, medical staff including my DOCTOR and his NURSES. (Since 2016, when the COMMUNITY HARASSMENT BEGAN AFTER THE WORKPLACE MOBBING THAT BEGAN IN 2015 AT NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, which I REPORTED TO NYS DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN APRIL / MAY 2016 all areas of my life have been manipulated / interferred with / intruded in on / impacted)

I have no privacy, anonymity, and nothing to myself or for myself since someone, a VERY SICK TWISTED MENTALLY ILL ANIMAL(S), decided to do this to me, make me TARGET OF GANG STALKING.

I tolerated it because I had to take care of myself and had no choice, in this instance I do have a choice and I have to choose to protect myself by INSTALLING RIGID NECESSARY BOUNDARIES.

I have been back in ASTORIA, NY for about 2 years now, I have been to many doctors appointments and hospital visits with my bed ridden relative since, at least 20 or more probably in addition to with dealing with the harassment inside my apartment, apartment building and courtyard. My SISTER / STALKER is not working, there is no reason she can't attend these appointments, I have attended enough, been HARASSED every time, I AM DONE.

My SISTER / STALKER is nuts / a coward for what she is doing and she needs to stop, my boundaries are up and they will not come down; I have put up with enough ABUSE for several lifetimes, due to bad luck of RUNNING INTO TERRIBLE MENTALLY ILL MONSTERS in my life.

I am protecting my mental / emotional health as much as I can under such circumstances so I WILL NOT be going outside to be HARASSED. My SISTER / STALKER can go with bed ridden relative to appointments, she is not working and she can go be with her other crazy STALKER / HARASSER people, those are her people, not mine, let her spend time in the medical facility with those freaks, she fits right in.

My SISTER / STALKER / ABUSER / HARASSER / GASLIGHTER is no longer my people due to her ongoing betrayal / broken trust.

My SISTER knows that she is part of an ORGANIZED CRIME RING that is BLATANTLY LYING ABOUT WHO I AM and my mental health (that I am crazy or a liar or both and none of what I am saying has or is happening to me), so they can COVER UP THE CIVIL and CRIMINAL OFFENSES COMMITTED AGAINST ME, PROTECTING THE PERSON(S) WHO ARE ACTUALLY MENTALLY ILL, WHO MADE ME THE TARGET OF GANG STALKING AND RUINED MY LIFE FOR NO REASON EXCEPT FOR THEIR MALIGNANT PERSONALITY DISORDERS.

SATURDAY, MARCH 25, 2023 My SISTER / STALKER sent a couple of texts to bed ridden relative's cell phone (I HAVE NOT HAD A CELL PHONE SINCE 2018 / 2019) asking why I would not go with bed ridden relative to doc appointments and that I know I am supposed to go.

I responded I am not supposed to do anything, this was non negotiable and to stop wasting her time continuing to talk about this. Relative was picked up late for regularly scheduled appointment, around 10:34AM instead of 10:10.

SUNDAY, MARCH 26, 2023 SISTER / STALKER came over to house, did her usual GASLIGHTING. We are strictly communicating via bed ridden relative's cell phone via text as of lately. I stay in my bedroom when she comes over and don't talk to her while she is visiting with relative. SISTER / STALKER brought over SOFT SOAP / ANTIBACTERIAL HANDSOAP REFILL and placed it on my bed ridden's relative's SHOWER CHAIR, instead of on the MULTI SHELVING UNIT ABOVE THE TOILET. (We need handsoap for kitchen too, but she did not bring one, just the brand we use in the bathroom, we usually use the orange / gold DIAL antibacterial soap for the kitchen (the one that I posted about recently with the fish on the bottle and dish soap)

She does this as a GASLIGHTING thing. Lately, she had been bringing this specific stuff over right before my period is due to start, after I have told her weeks ago that we are out and its strategically brought around this time instead of weeks ago when the items were requested.

As I have stated many times before much of my HARASSMENT is about my VAGINA, HPV, YEAST INFECTION, MENSTRAL CYCLE, and MENSTRUATION. I believe this was done to me because of ILLEGALLY ACCESSED and LEAKED CONFIDENTIAL MEDICAL INFORMATION, HPV and ABORTION, so it all ties in. There is no other reason someone would do this, unless their a complete crazed stalker, to me because I have not done anything to anyone in this life for them to do something of this horrendous nature to me. There are sick, ill informed, misogynistic, racist, religiously nutty people in the world.

Also, I did report the initial WORKPLACE MOBBING to NYS DEPARTMENT OF LABOR in APRIL / MAY 2016. But this whole thing was / is NOT about being a "RAT" / "WHISTLEBLOWER" because the staff at NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION where the WORKPLACE MOBBING began in 2015 was already in my DATA before I became fully aware of what was going on.

I had suspicions before I quit that my personal email / cell phone had been hacked because the things I was being harassed about in the office where things only people who knew about my past experience with WILFRED SHAWN KIRKALDY, DEVIN ELTON THOMPSON, and KIRK DOLPHY they could only know this by hacking my information on personal accounts and devices because none of those people knew I dated those people or the experiences I went through because I did not talk to them about it.

The only person I talked to about my dating past and I did not get into too many specifics was ABDOULAZIZ BARRY aka BARRY aka AZIZ, an ex-coworker / ex- friend I met at NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION in 2015, who I had to cut off in MAY 2016 because it had became clear that he had been turned against me.

All of the emails I released in previous posts and more between WILFRED and I were in a personal email in a folder labeled "PSYCHO". This email was one of the emails on my personal cell phone that know for a fact was hacked.

Email accounts I used to communicate with DEVIN ELTON THOMPSON and KIRK DOLPHY were on that personal cell phone.

The same email I used to chat (GOOGLE HANGOUTS) with ABDOULAZIZ BARRY on a nearly daily basis from 2015 to MAY 2016, when I politely and respectfully ended our friendship.

By JULY 2016, I was sure my phone had been compromised in some way (I did not think it was what it was / is information most likely recovered from DHS FUSION CENTERS, where all AMERICANS data are being retained and / or some corrupt law enforcement / staff from government agency ILLEGALLY / FRAUDULENTLY collecting my personal data and SETTING UP ILLLEGAL WIRETAPS and SURVEILANCE DIRECTED AT and INSIDE my PRIVATE RESIDENCES). I closed my cell phone account I had with VERIZON for at least a decade; I had the actual cell phone number for longer than that with SPRINT going back to very early 2000s, until NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION STAFF and people they engaged with / gathered from my personal life decided to do this to me while I was working at NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION from SEPTEMBER 2014 to APRIL 2016.

I think me being a "RAT" or "WHISTEBLOWER" was just something to tell specific people of groups of people that don't like PEOPLE WHO TELL THE TRUTH, a reason to justify their participation in harassing me.

Each person / group of person around me has been monitored / analyzed as well to see what their prejudices / biases / judgments are so they have the story they need to tell those people to join in the harassement; a combination of lies, truth, and half truths.

At 3:30 PM, this series of texts from my SISTER / STALKER came in SUNDAY, MARCH 23, 2023, I am just seeing them today, MONDAY, MARCH 27, 2023. SISTER / STALKER came over sometime after 4 PM and left after 7 PM yesterday.

Again, SISTER / STALKER / HARASSER / ABUSER insisting that I attend these appointments.

After being back here in ASTORIA, NY for the last 2 years, continuing to be HARASSED BY THE COMMUNITY, I have been taking care of bed ridden relative in conjunction with SISTER, who handles the administrative side while I do the day to day stuff for relative.

I was living with bed ridden when the COMMUNUTY STALKING and HARASSMENT began in ASTORIA, NY SUMMER 2016, after I quit NYC DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION in APRIL 2016 and reported the WORKPLACE MOBBING to NYS DEPARTMENT OF LABOR in APRIL / MAY 2016. My relative unfortunately became COLLATERAL DAMAGE, as a result of me being TARGETED. Bed Ridden relative is sick with many ailments due to INTENTIONAL MEDICAL NEGLECT because of my TARGETING.

I believe my bed ridden relative is sick because of OTHERS, NOT ME, the PERSON(S) WHO INSTIGATED MY STALKING and HARASSMENT and employed THEIR FLYING MONKEYS, WHO ARE BEING USED BY THE INSTIGATOR(S) TO STALK and HARASS ME BY PROXY, are at fault.

When I moved out of ASTORIA, NY in MAY 2018, due to the GROUP STALKING and COMMUNITY HARASSMENT, My bed ridden relative WAS NOT BED RIDDEN, they were pretty healthy actually, RETIRED, WALKING AROUND / GETTING AROUND ON THEIR OWN, ABLE TO LIVE BY THEMSELVES and TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES.

About a year after I moved out, my relative's health went on a steep decline, they were in such poor health, dire health and almost died in NURSING HOME REHAB FACILITY, after a stay recovering from a surgery.

Relative developed ailments they did not have before; some dire health consequences, they were locked up in nursing home during COVID lockdown.

I was living in BROOKLYN and working at NYC DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS during this entire time, continuing to be HARASSED IN MY APARTMENT and AT WORK , DAILY.

My relative was locked up in NURSING HOME / REHAB FACILITY FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. My SISTER / STALKER had to hash a plan to literally break relative out of facility because they were not trying to let them out, this was in 2021, while COVID lockdown was still in effect.

This to me is additional evidence that my relative had become COLLATERAL DAMAGE, because I was living with them when I became a TARGET, they also became a TARGET, because this is when the HEALTH PROBLEMS FOR THEM STARTED, AFTER I LEFT.

My relative had no idea what was going on when I tried to explain to her about GANG STALKING. They are not that intellectual and just could not or would not grasp what I was telling them, plus they are avoidant and basically was like they are not bothering me so.

So, the NOISE HARASSMENT / SLEEP DEPRIVATION, was so bad I had to get out of the apartment because my relative did not understand or did not want to understand what I was telling them was being done to me so I just had to go on my own to try to escape the HARASSMENT to try to get some peace, quiet, and privacy; this is before I fully knew what had been done to me and that it would not stop and there was no escape.

Some person(s) made the decision many years ago to ruin my life and essentially kill me and there was nothing I could do about it except develop tactics to try to counteract the DAILY WORKPLACE MOBBING, ORGANIZED GROUP STALKING, PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE / TORTURE and COMPARTMENTALIZE like nobody's business to minimize the ABUSE so I could perform the basic tasks of earning a living and taking care of my financial responsibilities.

So from 2019 to 2021 I had minimal contact with my relative, only via phone and I basically was not in ASTORIA, NY during this time either and they were in the REHAB / NURSING HOME FACILITY.

So, if I was the only TARGET and they finally got me to move in 2018, 2 years after the COMMUNITY HARASSMENT began in SUMMER 2016, why were they messing with my relative now. Why still have the SURVEILANCE set up? My relative was being harassed subtly, when I was still living there, but she did not see it like I did, they are not as observant as I am.

The people who put this HARASSMENT CAMPAIGN TOGETHER got what they wanted, they forced me to move out of the neighborhood, that should have been the end of the SURVEILLANCE and SHENANIGANS in ASTORIA, NY, but it wasn't .They achieved their goal and they set up shop in MIDWOOD, BROOKLYN, to finish me off.

They stuck around to create health issues for my relative because they were unfortunately ignorant to the evil in this world and what I tried to tell them before I left in MAY 2018, so they were easy prey.

If I had decided to stay here I don't think they would have gotten sick because I would have figured out ways to thwart the impacts without them even knowing because they had no clue what the heck was going on, so I would have had to protect in a way that was under the radar while protecting myself, wish I could have done that so they would not be in the predicament they are in but I still did not fully understand the depth and breadth and I had to figure out what I could do for myself because it was clear I was on my own.

So, while they followed me to BROOKLYN and continued to harass me, they were working on my relative too. I think the purpose of this was to get rid of my final support system. If my relative died, I would essentially have nowhere to go because by this point after HARASSMENT since 2015, I had to cut off alot of family and friends because they betrayed me and began harassing me.

SOCIAL ISOLATION AND RUINED RELATIONSHIPS are types of GANG STALKING, these are very prevalent in my HARASSMENT.

I think they wanted my relative to die so that I would have zero place to go if I needed to retreat from my work / life for a bit because of the WORKPLACE MOBBING / ORGANIZED GROUP STALKING I HAVE CONTINUED TO ENDURE SINCE 2015.

Why else would they keep all this stuff going, I was out in BROOKLYN and before my relative came back home in MAY 2021 they were in the nursing home for at least a year I think, this apartment was empty.

I believe the ultimate goal has always been to kill me. Killing / removing this relative from my life would have given me nowhere to live and they have been using my SISTER and her GODMOTHER to continue to drive a wedge between me and my relative so that I will have no where to live and no food to eat. I have no money and every job I go to and every place I live it is the same nonsense so I am not rejoining that because it does not make sense.

From 2015 to 2023 this has been nonstop. Logically, makes no sense to keep doing that because these people are committed to killing me, period.

They know what they are doing is wrong but they continue to do it anyway. I am done playing their games to survive / exist, not live a full life.

I am just trying to help take care of my relative and spend time with them before we have no more time, but these people just keep harassing me even though they know what is going on in this apartment; caregiving to someone who can't take care of their basic needs and can't live alone. I have not done anything to these people harassing me except for expose their criminal activity, and even that took time because I did not want to do this but I have been given no choice.

Now, with the language my SISTER / STALKER is using in these texts it's hilarious as she is such a liar, she knows exactly what is going on regarding me being HARASSED because she is engaged in it as well. I just thought, if I am to blame for my relative's health issues (which is a crock of shit) then you really should move her in with you since I am doing these things that are so detrimental, you know it's a complete lie and not my fault; any of the shit that happened to my relative and me is NOT my fault.

Also, since I have noone else and nowhere else to go, it would not be a good idea to make my relative sicker or cause all these problems she states so that she would not be around because then I don't survive because I have no money, I would be homeless.

So, if I am committed to survival seems like making sure my relative is healthy would be a priority, not what my sister is saying / she's straight up lying to put some nonsense on record about my supposed behavior / activity. If my relative doesn't survive, neither do I.

I dress my relative and make sure they are ready to go wherever they need to go, they are always on time and ready.

I could see my SISTER / STALKER saying the things she has said if I was not doing anything to take care of relative and not ensuring they were ready to be transported to doctors appointments, then she would be reasonable to take that tone.

It's obvious, she has been coached to write those texts in a specific way and with specific language to again make me look like someone I am not, as this whole HARASSMENT CAMPAIGN has been about. My SISTER / STALKER is becoming desperate because I am talking about her and others, telling the truth about the CIVIL and CRIMINAL offenses they have been committing against me for almost a decade.

I do what I can do for my relative up to leaving the house. I have been to several doctors appts and hospital visits in the last 2 years and I won't / can't do it anymore because I am sick of being HARASSED AT THESE MEDICAL FACILITIES / IN THE STREET/ BY TRANSPORTATION STAFF.

This is a boundary I have to put up for myself so I can do the things I need to do for relative to ensure they are prepared to go to their appointments.

I do what I can for my relative while still be harassed daily by my neighborhood, my family and former friends.

My relative cannot live on their own, they are in a wheelchair, they are unable to use their hands fully so I have to do most things for them, brush their teeth, wash their face, bathe them, wash their hair, cook for them, dress them, change their diapers, put them in wheelchair with the help of a Hoyer lift, etc.

I am doing a lot to make sure relative is ready when transportation picks them up for regularly scheduled multiple days a week appointments plus other appointments on top of those, and emergency hospital visits. All of these health problems, many of which did not exist for my relative all started around 2019, mere months after I moved out. At this time I had since moved out of ASTORIA, NY and was living in MIDWOOD, BROOKLYN, in a neighborhood within walking distance from my sister, this was before I realized she was HARASSING ME.

Below are the ridiculous text messages my SISTER / STALKER / GASLIGHTER / ABUSER sent to me via my relatives cell phone:

"We have to work together, but your continued lack of necessary communication, cooperation and interaction, for many items related to ----- care continues to create circumstances that are detrimental to her, yourself & others and there is never any accountability or adjustment."

"You continue ro display increasingly harmful actions, reaction, treatment and such, regarding Mom's care and wellbeing among other things, which have only become progressively more dangerous and potentially deadly"

"It is unreasonable, uncalled for and doesn't make any sense"

"If something bad happens to ---- because of you, that will be something you will have to live with and something that I will never excuse"

"I want what it best for ----- and I would like to think you would too. That should be at the center of everything"

I responded.

"Stop with your lies please. There is something seriously wrong with you. I won't keep having this discussion. You are a liar and I already told you what you need to do. I will not be attending appointments, you are wasting your time continuing to talk and making up stories. Just stop"

"You are available to attend those appointments with ----- you are the healthcare proxy after all."

"Stop addressing me about this, continuing to talk / tell your stories / lie is not going to change my mind on this"

"If you need to reschedule the appointments you scheduled this week so that you can attend them please do so because I will not be attending them"
