La Déclaration est un texte fondamental de la Révolution française, qui énonce un ensemble de droits naturels individuels et les conditions de leur mise en œuvre. Ses derniers articles sont adoptés le 26 août 1789.

C'est est un des trois textes visés par le préambule de la Constitution française du 4 octobre 1958. Sa valeur constitutionnelle est reconnue par le Conseil constitutionnel français depuis 1971. 

Ses dispositions font donc partie du droit positif français, et se placent au plus haut niveau de la hiérarchie des normes en France.

Pour mettre en valeur ce bloc de timbre, j'ai choisi de remanier une vue de ce tableau en modifiant les couleurs et les contrôles de l'image.

L'édition de ce montage photo est faite sur papier de grande qualité ; le bloc de timbres sera collé dessus grâce à son sachet protecteur.

Le tout sera glissé dans une pochette en plastique et sera livré dans une enveloppe rigide et cartonnée sous pli recommandé avec signature.

On September 12, 1953, John F. Kennedy, future 35th President of the United States and his wife Jacqueline Lee Bouvier said "yes" to the Sainte-Marie church in Newport, in the state of Rhode Island.

The couple meet over dinner in Washington while Jacqueline, just 23, works as a photographer for the Washington Times-Herald.

According to the New York Times, their marriage was one of the most significant events of 1953.

The vintage block of 4 stamps issued by Ivory Coast in 1964, from air mail, printed on 90 x 129 sheet, was issued in memory of the death of JFK.

The Declaration is a fundamental text of the French Revolution, which sets out a set of individual natural rights and the conditions for their implementation. His last articles were adopted on August 26, 1789.
