Concerned about EB-1 India and EB-3 Worldwide Retrogression? Fear Not! October Holds Promising Changes!
EB-1 India: Retrogression and Prospects: One of the significant changes in the August Visa Bulletin is the retrogression of the EB-1 India Final Action date. It will retrogress by more than ten years, moving back to January 1, 2012. This decision was driven by increased immigrant visa usage and a rise in the number of Indian EB-1 applicants with priority dates from 2012 to 2015. However, there is hope for relief in the upcoming months, as the Department of State suggests the cutoff date could advance to at least February 1, 2022, in the October 2023 bulletin, depending on category usage and the FY 2024 annual limit.
EB-1 Worldwide, Except China: A Sudden Retrogression:
In a surprising turn of events, the EB-1 Final Action date for all countries except China will retrogress to August 1, 2023. Previously, these countries were listed as "current" in recent months, allowing eligible applicants to move forward with the visa process unhindered. While this change is unexpected, the Department of State anticipates that the Final Action dates for these countries may return to "current" at the start of the new fiscal year in October 2023.
EB-3 Worldwide: Retrogression and Monitoring:
The EB-3 Final Action Dates for all countries, except India and China, have significantly retrogressed due to increased demand in the category. The State Department is closely monitoring immigrant visa usage in these countries and may adjust the Final Action dates as needed. It is essential for applicants from these countries to stay informed about any further changes that may occur.
EB-2 China and India: Advancements and Stability
The EB-2 China Final Action Date will advance one month, reaching July 8, 2019, providing some relief for eligible applicants. Meanwhile, the EB-2 India Final Action Date remains at January 1, 2011, maintaining its previous position. All other countries in the EB-2 category will see advancement, with the Final Action Date moving six weeks to April 1, 2022.

The Ultimate Revelation Of Check In With Charlie Oppenheim | check in with charlie oppenheim
NEW YORK, June 17, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — CanAm Enterprises (“CanAm”) aggregate key takeaways from IIUSA’s webinar: Conversation with Charlie Oppenheim on June 16th. Oppenheim is the Chief of the Acceptance Control and Reporting Division at U.S. Department of State. During the webinar, he answered questions about EB-5 acceptance acceptance through May 2020. There were several important takeaways from his catechism and acknowledgment session.
Tumblr media
Lance Oppenheim – Zimbio – check in with charlie oppenheim | check in with charlie oppenheim
EB-5 Acceptance Numbers in FY2020 and FY 2021Oppenheim estimates that over 4,500 EB-5 acceptance numbers accept been issued appropriately far for FY2020, which is able-bodied abbreviate of the about 10,000 EB-5 visas accessible anniversary budgetary year. With the end of FY2020 a little added than three months away, it is actual acceptable that we will “lose” EB-5 acceptance numbers for FY2020 abundantly due to COVID-related consular closures about the world.
Despite this “loss” of EB-5 visas for FY2020, Oppenheim anticipates that there will additionally be cogent numbers of bare family-sponsored visas in FY2020, which will “spillover” and be added to the 140,000 anniversary visas already allocable to the employment-based acceptance categories for FY2021 .
While Oppenheim did not board an exact appraisal of the cardinal of bare family-sponsored visas for FY2020, he did appraisal that the absolute cardinal of employment-based visas accessible for FY2021 “is acceptable to be able-bodied in excess” of 200,000, apery a minimum net accretion of 60,000 visas for all employment-based alternative categories.
Since the EB-5 acceptance class is statutorily allocated 7.1% of absolute employment-based visas, and assuming, as Oppenheim adumbrated that 200,000 employment-based visas is the “bare minimum” cardinal that will be accessible in FY2021, afresh we can apprehend able-bodied in balance of 14,200 EB-5 visas to be accessible for administration in FY 2021 .
“In the admirable arrangement of things,” Oppenheim indicated, “the accident in EB-5 numbers acclimated [in FY2020] will be added than account by the added [visas] that will be accessible abutting [fiscal year] . . .. Budgetary 2021 should be a actual acceptable year beneath the accepted INA guidelines for acceptance availability for application applicants.”
But how abounding visas are we talking about? Afterwards all, the anniversary absolute for family-based alternative is several times greater than for the employment-based alternative categories. And how abundant of an appulse will it accept on backlogged EB-5 investors?
Tumblr media
Charles Oppenheim Discusses Visa Bulletin Movement for .. | check in with charlie oppenheim
Let’s accept conservatively that 14,200 EB-5 visas are accessible in FY2021. Anniversary country gets 7.1% of absolute EB-5 visas, so 1008 visas. Let’s additionally accept that Vietnam and India “max out” their 7.1%, so 1,008 visas for anniversary country, or a absolute of 2,016 visas. Afresh let’s accept the blow of the apple (minus China) gets about 4,200 visas (per Oppenheim’s estimates in Oct. 2019). Finally, in FY2021, there is no account of EB-5 visas for the Chinese Student Protection Act. That leaves about 7,980 EB-5 visas accessible for use by countries that accomplished their per-country absolute in antecedence date order, which mostly should be China.
Moreover, back questioned, Oppenheim accepted that 14,200 EB-5 visas are the “bare minimum” that we can apprehend for FY 2021. Accordingly, it’s actual accessible that 10,000 EB-5 visas will be accessible to China in FY2021 as in the past, and bold the Guangzhou can alpha processing again, this could abate the China excess by several years.
CanAm’s Director of Legal Affairs and In-House Clearing Counsel, Walter Gindin, commented, “It’s accessible to appearance the EB-5 acceptance excess as a consistently affective line, which can, and does, get beneath over time. We accept already apparent added bare family-sponsored visas for FY2019 be allocated to the EB-5 class for FY2020. Currently, Oppenheim estimates that an alike greater cardinal of bare family-based visas for FY2020 will be allocated to employment-based categories for FY2021, authoritative able-bodied over 200,000 employment-based visas accessible abutting budgetary year, including a abundant cardinal for EB-5. This trend, accompanying with added EB-5 beforehand amounts and added factors, will accomplish added visas larboard over to investors from countries such as China with the greatest EB-5 acceptance appeal and appropriately abate acceptance delay times.”
Future Advancements of Antecedence Dates & Implications for ChinaMany accept empiric the contempo trend in the beforehand of antecedence dates. For EB-5, China has avant-garde 8 months back the alpha of FY2020 (Final Activity date of October 22, 2014) until the best accepted Acceptance Bulletin for June 2020 (Final activity date of July 22, 2015). This bit-by-bit beforehand is, in part, due to the actuality that abounding Chinese investors accept not confused avant-garde with their acceptance applications awaiting at the NVC.
With the achievability of EB-5 visas activity bare in FY 2020, Oppenheim was asked whether he would added beforehand antecedence dates in adjustment to aggrandize acceptance usage, abnormally in currently retrogressed countries, bold consular offices accessible up.
Oppenheim responded that he “prefers not to accomplish accelerated advances alone to accept austere retrogressions afterwards the fact,” and accepted that he will not aloof beforehand antecedence dates for the account of movement because he does not appetite to actualize a bearings area final activity dates may accept been avant-garde at an unsustainable pace, which would after crave abeyant retrogressions of those dates, and afresh bodies could be bent up area any time-sensitive affidavit is expired.
Tumblr media
Charles Oppenheim, Consultant – CILIPS – check in with charlie oppenheim | check in with charlie oppenheim
Oppenheim said that he expects that the antecedence dates for China and Vietnam will abide to beforehand through the end of FY2020 and prefers to accomplish “measured movements” in their antecedence dates based on what is reasonable to appear in the advancing months.
Gindin saw acumen to be optimistic in Oppenheim’s approach: “The antecedence date for China EB-5 has avant-garde 8 months back the alpha of budgetary year 2020. We accept that abounding Chinese investors are afraid about the EB-5 acceptance delay times, but as Charlie Oppenheim adumbrated in his comments during IISUA’s webinar, there is bulk in demography a abstinent access and not authoritative accelerated advancements to the antecedence date in the concise alone to dissipate the arrangement and actualize added corruption in the future. We are absolutely encouraged that Oppenheim expects the antecedence date for China EB-5 to abide to beforehand through the butt of this budgetary year.”
Possible “Current” Antecedence Dates for All CountriesAsked about accomplishments he ability booty if acceptance acceptance in FY 2021 continues to lag, Oppenheim accepted that he will accept to accomplish the accommodation whether to accomplish antecedence dates “current” for all countries to atom applications for visas – apparently in the aboriginal bisected of FY2021 – because he wouldn’t appetite to unnecessarily “waste” numbers and if it comes to the point area he has to accomplish the antecedence dates “current” and accident corruption in abreast future, that ability be the accident he takes.
What would that mean? For example, let’s we go into FY2021 and we’re adverse the aforementioned bearings (i.e., affecting acceptance underusage), and Oppenheim has a bright almanac that the expectations of the summer 2020 were not met, accordingly it’s not reasonable to abide to accomplish those aforementioned assumptions for FY2021, which would advance Oppenheim to potentially authoritative aggregate “current.” Oppenheim would accept to argue with consulates (Guangzhou primarily) to see what they apprehend their processing accommodation to be as we move avant-garde – to see whether they could board beyond amounts of applicants.
For the time being, this is a alien possibility, abnormally for China. There are added than 42,000 Chinese applicants at NVC already, and it’s unrealistic now to accomplish antecedence dates “current” to acquiesce that abounding bodies to aback be eligible. Given constraints now at NVC and USCIS, Oppenheim does not appetite to unnecessarily tax the arrangement until it’s bright that he has no added choice. With that said, it’s not out the branch of achievability that aggregate could become accepted for some aeon of time in FY2021.
Status of Hong KongThe Department of State treats Hong Kong (and Macau and Taiwan) as a abstracted adopted area from acreage China for the purposes of clearing acceptance quotas. Thus, adopted nationals who are built-in in Hong Kong are not answerable beneath the acreage China acceptance categories. Oppenheim accepted that, absent any aldermanic change, Hong Kong will abide to be advised as a audible country of chargeability for EB-5 acceptance purposes, and that there is currently no affair for Hong Kong in agreement of EB-5 acceptance availability.

India Acceptance MovementIn October 2019, Oppenheim estimated that the delay time for an EB-5 acceptance filed by an Indian broker would be 6.7 years. Back then, the antecedence date for India EB-5 has rapidly progressed forward. The July 2020 Acceptance Bulletin now lists the antecedence date for India EB-5 as “Current,” which agency that visas are anon accessible to Indian EB-5 acceptance applicants.
Oppenheim explained that based on the bulk of Indian EB-5 applicants already at NVC who already accept been or could be candy during FY 2020 (667), and the accepted access in the FY 2021 EB-5 acceptance absolute due to “spill over” of bare family-based immigrant visas during FY2020, Oppenheim expects to see a cogent abridgement in the 6.7-year delay time for an Indian EB-5 investors who are filing today. He does not apprehend to see India adverse a abeyant corruption in the accountable future. However, the EB-5 acceptance “wait times” could afresh access as USCIS picks up the clip of I-526 Petition adjudications and starts to accredit added petitions to the NVC for processing. Oppenheim avant-garde the antecedence date for India EB-5 in because he saw abeyant for numbers to go bare in FY2020 able-bodied afore consular offices closed.
“Overall,” comments Gindin, “even in an aberrant year like FY2020, there continues to be break of abatement for backlogged investors. Alike as EB-5 investors anguish about consular closures, continued acknowledgment times, and how to accomplish decisions about redeployment, they should be encouraged that, ultimately, corruption times will go bottomward a little anniversary year.”

The Misconception of Political Unrest and Safety Issues Is The Reason Behind Algeria’s Decline In The Tourism Sector!
Tumblr media
The Grand Mosque of Algiers, Algeria.
There has been a huge decline in the tourism sector in Algeria for many years now, and when asked what is the reason behind so, the number one answer that comes to thought without a doubt; is the security and the political unrest that is within Africa’s largest nation. Which explains why the number of tourists from abroad hasn’t exceeded beyond 3,000+ per year for the last 22 years now. The fear that has driven many potential tourists from exploring this culturally , historically and naturally rich nation  is due to the media’s labeling that the country does not pass a day without terrorist attacks and civil conflict!
There is no denial that safety has pushed back the development of the tourism sector in Algeria, which dates back to the 1990’s Civil War, known as the Black decade ( العشرية السوداء ) that has affected the statistics of tourists visiting ever since. It broke out as a result of tension between two political parties; The Front Liberation National (FLN) who pushed to remain in power after Algeria's Independence in 1962, and The Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) wanting to have a say in power and push for Islamization, that it believed was lacking because of the post-colonization affect. Many explosions and massacres of citizens, journalists and governments officials were taking place, and many families were left torn apart. This period of turmoil has been engraved in the archives and news bulletins of the Media, that has managed to brainwash it’s audience that Algeria has been unsafe ever since. Which doesn’t do justice to the tourism sector and the route to development in a country with high potential in achieving the utmost. With the incidents happening down south between the borders of Libya and Mali in 2005, this has added tremendous fuel to a fire that won’t be tamed.
Despite the safety measures that have improved in the country and the security that has strengthened with high regards in the borders between Algeria’s neighbors, the fear is still in the atmosphere and many western countries’ governments, such as the US, UK and Australian discourage their people from traveling to Algeria. Especially to the Sahara Desert “classify[ing] [it] as [a] red zone”. Places such as Timimoun, Tamanrasset, down south are considered as top tier adventure travel destinations that are highly requested, however, many western tourism agencies don’t organize tours there because the “safety of their customers and legal responsibility is their policy”! Not all agencies have the same policy though, they believe that it is vital to hold on to their partnerships with local guides and agencies as they see that “they have nothing to lose or to gain by taking the slightest risk” if these places were to actually be dangerous and a hot spot for terrorists. Therefore, their tours continue to be offered to their potential tourists. Not to forget to mention these states haven’t “historically represented known risks” but the media created imaginary ones to drawback tourists.
However, is the issue of safety the only reason behind the decline of the tourism sector in Algeria tho? The answer is simply no! There are many other factors that have affected this phenomenon. The country is described to be in a “Paradox situation”, as a result of a number of issues that explain this confusing decline despite the country’s exceptional potential.
Obtaining a visa to Algeria is the first obstacle that interested tourists face. All nationalities should apply for a visa, no matter how privileged their passport is. It is known to be the most challenging visa to get, and only after several rejected applications you might get your final approval. Many individuals wish to travel without a travel agency, and this is what may put them on the brink of getting rejected by the immigration bureau too. Unlike traveling with an agency, your visa is secured because of the agreement made by the agency and Immigrations. Because it is a costly and long procedure, it discourages many people wanting to visit Algeria for numerous reasons, whether it be for leisure, work, research etc. and end up choosing other destinations. The availability and condition of infrastructure would be another obstacle in the face of a flourishing tourism sector. Hotel services and housing is inadequate for tourists, especially down the south where the state doesn’t pay much attention in developing projects and sites. This is a huge problem as most destinations that attract travelers are down south in the Sahara Desert of Algeria.
Another issue would be in regards to the Promotion & Campaign aspect. As mentioned earlier there are many travelers wishing to visit Algeria, yet they find it hard to gather enough information about where to visit and what to do, despite the numerous opportunities available. Many sources have stated that they turn to facebook pages that aren’t of high quality to make their research, which may not be reliable most of the time. Public institution sites such as the Ministry of Tourism, is a great credible source to learn all about Algeria and what it offers, however, the dilemma at hand in this situation is that it’s available in only ; Arabic and French, the two accustomed languages to the Algerian people! English, a universal language isn’t included, which may as well throw off many potential tourists! Unlike its neighbors; Morocco and Tunisia , that have information in more than 4 languages!  As the Algerian proverb says, “there’s good after every delay (كل عطلة فيها  خير) ; and with that being said, the Government; “though slow to react to changes in the tourism markets” have constituted plans and reforms to improve the tourism sector that will boost the Algerian economy and be of great significance to it.
The number of tourists was estimated to be between 2.3 million and 2.7 million per year, more than one million of those are nationals living abroad, who have returned to Algeria to visit family, me being one of those nationals. This number is extremely low and understandable seeing the issues on the surface of this decline, despite the high potential, and the many places to visit with great scenery in Algeria, therefore it has to increase.
Moreover, the establishment of the National Tourism and Development Plan (Schéma Directeur d'Aménagement Touristique, SDAT)  in 2008 is paving the way for a bright future for this underrated sector. It’s main aim is “set to become a motor for development, diversifying the economy, attracting foreign direct investment..and stimulating employment…The vision is to transform Algeria into a key destination by 2025. The Plan aims to attract 2.5m tourists by 2015, and 20m by 2025”.
The Government has added to it’s agenda in collaboration with the World Tourism Organization, the aim to draw the attention of foreign investors about the prosperous tourism opportunities in the country, which will bring in many clients from around the globe to the adventure holidays and programs set around Algeria, with high regards to the Sahara Desert. This will strengthen the promotional issue that has affected the tourism sector, as it is a vital concept in the world of business. Not to forget, with the wide access to technology nowadays, the birth of websites and blogs in regards to Tourism in Algeria have acceptably and satisfyingly  increased, and social media platforms such as Instagram have played a huge role in informing what Algeria is blessed with, by posting photographs of breathtaking destinations that have received large worldwide recognition in a shocking way.
With the vast amount of travelers expected to visit the country, it is only logical to increase the reception capacity of airports too. Airports in major cities such as Algiers and Oran were set for an expansion, that will strengthen its capacity to receive international carriers from 2.5 million to 3.5 million passengers. Just recently last month, the new Algiers Airport was inaugurated. On the other hand, The Ministry of tourism announced that it is working to expand on hotel services. At the moment, 1,812 hotel infrastructure projects were approved by the ministry, which will result in 240,000 beds in contrast to the current 100,000, and create 99,000 jobs, that will decrease the problem of unemployment, especially among the youth. The greater news is that they are all expected to be up and running by the end of this year! This will benefit the sector in many ways, and most importantly it will lower the prices and diversify the hotel offerings which will increase the competition in the market as it will boost and attract many customers. The tourism sector contributes a tiny 1% of the countries GDP, but with these plans and reforms mentioned above, I am confident that it will be of great significance to the country’s economy as a whole, and Algeria won’t just rely on it’s Natural Resources such as Gas, Oil and Petroleum as a source of income.

Hotel Gourara, Timimoun, Algeria
It is important to be aware that Algeria’s potential in growing in the tourism industry is without a doubt high. The natural beauty, rich culture, fascinating history and warm hospitality offered by this North African country is extraordinary. It’s only a matter of time that Algeria will become increasingly popular international tourist destination.

A Trip to Antarctica! – I am Aileen
Again within the 60s, solely a handful of vacationers had the need to go on a visit to Antarctica. After the success of that ship’s voyage, it impressed extra vacationer explorations and cruises to the white continent; in truth, these days, there are about 35,000 to 40,000 individuals who go to Antarctica yearly! Certainly, what was as soon as an elusive place deemed as just for explorers and scientists has now change into a dream vacation spot for vacationers who need to go off the crushed observe.
Newsflash: I’m truly a kind of individuals who have lengthy dreamt of occurring a visit to Antarctica. In any case, I don’t assume there’s every other place on Earth that’s equally pristine, distant and distinctive. So naturally, if somebody advised me years in the past that I will probably be making that dream come true this yr, I might NOT have believed them.
That’s why I’m so stoked to announce that along with Hurtigruten, I’m going on their 20-day expedition known as as the Final Antarctica Expertise!
This collaboration has truly been determined since 2016… and naturally, I’ve been dying to announce it since day one; however I made a decision to maintain all of it beneath wraps as a result of I didn’t wish to jinx it till all the things was ultimate. Fortunately, all the opposite preparations are completed with months in the past and once I lastly acquired my Argentina visa at present, I’m now going ALL OUT with the bulletins.
Aaaah… anyone please pinch me although as a result of I nonetheless can’t imagine that in just some weeks from now, I’ll be crusing off to such an incredible place that was only a fragment of my goals!

» Why I’m Going with Hurtigruten for a Journey to Antarctica
Picture by Karsten Bidstrup / Hurtigruten As a journey blogger, it’s a undeniable fact that I don’t simply accomplice up with any model. Apart from, I all the time make it some extent to collaborate with an organization that I can belief and align with.
I’ve truly had invites from just a few manufacturers earlier than, however I made a decision to succeed in out to Hurtigruten as a substitute for the journey to Antarctica. Under are a few of the explanation why I needed to spend my once-in-a-lifetime expertise with them — and why you need to start thinking about them too in your future Antarctica expedition!
Established skilled cruise supplier. Hurtigruten is a Norwegian journey journey and native transportation supplier that has since operated in 1893 on Norway’s shoreline. At present, they’ve developed right into a world-leading firm in sustainable nature expedition travels with a powerful expedition fleet that explores a number of areas across the globe: aside from a visit to Antarctica, additionally they go to the coasts of South America, the Amazon rainforests, Greenland, Iceland, Spitsbergen, and Arctica Canada. .
Largest Antarctica operator worldwide. Hurtigruten at the moment has 2 expeditionary ships that supply distinctive experiences in Antarctica, specifically MS Fram and MS Midnatsol. In 2018, the corporate will even launch the first of two hybrid-powered expedition ships and it will likely be known as as MS Roald Amundsen. That is stated to be a serious step in the direction of emissions-free journey and Hurtigruten will even additional stabilize its place as the most important Antarctica explorer operator globally — while additionally imposing its constructive stance on sustainable journey. .
Promotes sustainable journey. It’s stated that anybody who involves Antarctica ought to have “not more than a minor or transitory affect” on the setting. For Hurtigruten, they make this as a core a part of their each choice: to ascertain sustainability and local weather insurance policies with the intention to scientifically scale back their environmental footprint (not solely on the quick time period however for the long run as properly) — and it certainly exhibits in the best way that they function their ships and expeditions. It helps to say that Hurtigruten can be a full member of IAATO and so they all the time make it some extent to conform to the rules of the group. To additional make the visitors as “Antarctic advocates”, Hurtigruten gladly delivers instructional program on board to tell everybody on challenges of tourism, international local weather change, wildlife biology. .
Regularly evolving with the intention to provide genuine and distinctive experiences. Hurtigruten by no means settles for something much less and they’re all the time striving to increase their operations to new and distinctive locations. By way of distinctive custom, dedication to sustainability, and journey know-how, you’ll definitely be assured  that Hurtigruten will all the time provide extremely enticing premium merchandise that supply genuine one-of-a-kind experiences at pristine locations. What this implies for you is that any journey to Antarctica will certainly be a journey that’s memorable and price (much more than) the cash that you just spent.
Designed to go well with all explorer ranges, Hurtigruten has over 200 excursions and/or actions so far..
“Offers again”. I like an organization that thinks of social accountability. That’s why I cherished how Hurtigruten has established a basis to not solely increase consciousness of the alternatives and challenges within the areas that they sail to, however to additionally financially help locally-initiated initiatives and to encourage volunteering in worthwhile causes. As examples, Hurtigruten already helps a number of native initiatives corresponding to ‘Clear up Svalbard’, Affiliation of Greenlandic Kids, and conservation initiatives of the Falkland Islands, South Georgia and Antarctica. Clearly, your journey with Hurtigruten will go a good distance! .
There’s extra to like about Hurtigruten — however I’ll save the remaining for an additional publish particularly after I get to truly expertise the service of their crew, the ship’s services, the meals, the rooms and MORE!

For this specific Hurtigruten expedition, it’ll depart from Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the event you’re curious how my 20 days will go, beneath is our tough itinerary as we discover each the Antarctic Islands and Antarctica itself.
NOTE: Since it is a distant vacation spot, the climate, wind and ice circumstances will decide our schedule. So throughout our voyage, the captain may have the ultimate say on any adjustments or added actions that may be completed. Both means, this simply exhibits that each expedition with Hurtigruten is exclusive!
To see the entire particulars of this 20-day expedition (about prices, the ship, yr schedules, and many others.), go right here. Worth begins at round $17,000~ per individual however there are shorter Hurtigruten Antarctica expeditions that begin from about $5,000~
.
Day 1: November 26 ~ On the Birthplace of Tango Location: Buenos Aires
Picture by Trixi Lange-Hitzbleck / Hurtigruten The entire expedition begins on the birthplace of Tango, Buenos Aires, which can be dubbed because the “Paris of South America”.
For today, we’re free to discover town on our personal. I will probably be flying from the Philippines with Emirates and arriving on the 25th so I suppose by this time I’ll have sufficient vitality to go round. Now, it will truly be the primary time that I’ll step foot in South America, in order my ‘first’, please let me know when you’ve got any ideas or ‘things-to-do’ that I mustn’t miss out on when in Buenos Aires by leaving a remark beneath. Thanks! s
Day 2: November 27 ~ All Aboard on the “Finish of the World” Location: Ushuaia
Picture by Rita Melville / Hurtigruten On today, we’ll board a flight to Ushuaia from Buenos Aires within the morning. We’ll embark on the MS Fram ship of Hurtigruten someday later within the day to start out our journey to Antarctica — so, we may have just a few hours to discover components of Ushuaia (a spot that’s to not miss is alleged to be the Tierra del Fuego Nationwide Park).
TRIVIA: Ushuaia is the southernmost city on this planet. Due to this, it has been known as “El Fin Del Mundo” or the Finish of the World. Fairly an ominous identify, proper? However it’s only a identify after all and I can’t wait to witness the wonder that this place holds! .
Day 3: November 28 ~ Crossing the Drake Passage Location: The Drake passage
Picture by Karsten Bidstrup / Hurtigruten That is the beginning of our crusing expedition and we’ll set course for the Falkland Islands that’s situated 480 km (300 miles) east of the southern tip of Argentina, and roughly 1,000 km (600 mi) north of the South Shetland Islands in Antarctica. Throughout this time we’ll take pleasure in life on board while retaining a lookout for wildlife. We are able to even be a part of their Expedition Workforce as they begin their fascinating lecture sequence to assist us perceive the area extra.
If say so myself, one other side of today that I’m enthusiastic about (aside from the truth that it’s the beginning of our time at sea) is that, apparently, crossing the Drake Passage might be fairly an expertise what with it being generally known as the world’s roughest seas!
They are saying that it’ll depend upon the climate if we may have a tough time or not — after all, I hope for the latter however I’ll put together myself in case the previous occurs. I’m no stranger to tough seas although on condition that I’m born in an island, however I’ll by no means know. .
Day four to 13: November 29 to December 8 ~ Throughout Open Seas and Sub-Antarctic Islands Areas: Southern Oceans, Falkland Islands, South Georgia, South Orkney
Picture by Dominic Barrington / Hurtigruten This Final Antarctica Expertise is thought to be an ‘final’ factor in any case, so together with this expedition, we’ll get to discover the Atlantic Islands too!
Whereas we enterprise via the Southern Seas, we’ll first make a cease to the distant Falkland Islands which consist of two giant islands and round 700 smaller ones (with a inhabitants of over 3,000 folks solely). In right here, we’ll see immense colonies of albatross, rockhopper, king and macaroni penguins, caracas, and upland geese. Falkland Islands additionally has a historic capital known as as Stanley, in addition to beautiful white sand seashores.
What follows after this location will probably be our first Antarctic island: South Georgia. This place has magnificent mountain surroundings with glaciers and seashores teeming with wildlife — from elephant seals, fur seal pups, albatross and King penguins. We additionally plan to go to Fortuna Bay and a few of South Georgia’s deserted whaling stations.
Final stops earlier than the good journey to Antarctica Peninsula would be the abandoned South Orkney Islands that are a photographer’s dream as a result of its majestic snow-capped mountains, blue icebergs and limitless wilderness. We’ll spend sooner or later exploring these islands earlier than crusing the Washington Strait to Coronation Island and Elephant Island. .
Day 14 to 17: December 9 to 12 ~ Pristine Antarctica Location: Antarctica
Picture by Esther Kokmeijer / Hurtigruten Lastly, we will probably be arriving in Antarctica — a spot devoted to peace and science, and a spot that has developed via the millennia with out human interference. As I’ve already talked about, actions will depend upon the climate however as alternatives come up we’ll all the time attempt to purpose to launch our kayaks, pitch tents ashore, and go on unforgettable hikes to discover essentially the most lovely, untouched locations within the space.
All through our keep, we will probably be exploring the West of Antarctica or generally known as because the Antarctica Peninsula. However on our means, we can even make stops to a number of close by islands corresponding to Deception Island, Half Moon Island, and Brown Bluff whereby we will witness varied distinctive sceneries that aren’t restricted to flat-topped bergs, seashore sprinkled with lava “bombs”, rust-colored bluff, and a lot extra!
With all that stated, there are additionally another issues that I’m excited for and which I hope we can do: doing a polar plunge and stopping by Port Lockroy (to ship postcards from!) for example.
Anyhow, we’ll certainly have days whereby we will probably be feasting our eyes on the assorted wildlife discovered within the peninsula and on the huge icebergs which are in hanging blue colours. .
Day 18 to 20: December 13 to 15 ~ Again to Drake Passage after which Disembarkation Areas: Drake Passage, Ushuaia, Buenos Aires
After some magnificent days exploring Antarctica, MS Fram will begin to head north as we make our means again to the South American continent. This would be the good time to fondly reminisce on our expedition and to attend periods for recapping our Antarctica expertise — in any case, it’ll take us about 40 hours to succeed in Ushuaia in good climate.
Come the 15th of December, it will likely be the top of the journey. We’ll make landfall again in Tierra del Fuego after which proceed with a flight again to energetic Buenos Aires. .

Việt Nam chính thức đạt hạn mức visa EB5 cho năm 2018
New Post has been published on http://dautuquocte.org/viet-nam-chinh-thuc-dat-han-muc-visa-eb5-cho-nam-2018.html

January 2018 Visa Bulletin
INTRODUCTION
On December 11, 2017, the U.S. Department of State (DOS) published the Immigrant Visa Bulletin for January 2018 [PDF version]. The visa bulletin contains filing dates and final action dates for the family-sponsored and employment-based immigrant visa preference categories. On December 15, 2017, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) determined that beneficiaries of approved family-sponsored preference petitions must use the filing dates for applying for adjustment of status in January 2018 [PDF version]. Conversely, USCIS determined that beneficiaries of approved employment-based petitions must use the final action dates for applying for adjustment of status in January 2018.
In this article, we will examine the relevant charts provided by the DOS and the USCIS for immigrant visa applicants and adjustment of status applicants in January 2018. Furthermore, we will provide an overview of the news and notes included with the January 2018 visa bulletin from DOS.
Please see our full articles to learn about how to use the immigrant visa bulletin as an adjustment of status applicant [see article] and the differences between the final action dates and filing dates [see article].
To see how the visa bulletins have progressed over the current fiscal year, please see our index of visa bulletin articles [see article].
FAMILY-SPONSORED CASES
As we noted, the USCIS has determined that those applying for adjustment of status based on approved family-sponsored immigrant visa petitions must use the filing dates from the January 2018 visa bulletin. This is good news for family-sponsored applicants because the filing dates are generally more favorable to applicants than the final action dates.
In order for the beneficiary of an approved family-sponsored immigrant visa petition to be eligible to apply for adjustment of status in January 2018 (if otherwise eligible, of course), he or she must have a priority date that is earlier than the applicable filing date for his or her preference category and chargeability area. An applicant's priority date will generally be the date on which his or her immigrant visa petition was properly filed with the USCIS.
The following chart [see here] lists the filing dates for family-sponsored cases for January 2018.
For your reference, the following chart [see here] contains the final action dates for family-sponsored cases in 2018.
Although family-sponsored adjustment applicants must use the filing dates in January 2018, it is likely that the USCIS will determine that it is necessary for family-sponsored applicants to use the final action dates later in fiscal year 2018.
EMPLOYMENT-BASED CASES
The USCIS determined that beneficiaries of approved employment-based immigrant visa petitions must use the final action dates from the January 2018 visa bulleting for applying for adjustment of status. Employment-based applicants have been required to use the final action dates for every month in fiscal year 2018, and that trend is likely to persist through the end of the fiscal year next September.
Accordingly, the beneficiary of an approved employment-based petition may apply for adjustment (if otherwise eligible) only if his or her priority date is before the applicable final action cutoff date for his or her preference category and chargeability area. If labor certification was required for the petition, the priority date will usually be on the date on which the labor certification application was approved by the U.S. Department of Labor. For petitions for which labor certification was not required, the priority date will generally be the date on which the petition was properly filed with the USCIS.
The following chart [see here], courtesy of USCIS, contains the final action dates for employment-based cases in January 2018.
SCHEDULED EXPIRATION
The January 2018 visa bulletin's guidance on categories listed as “unavailable” is outdated. In this section, we will explain the current situation with the most up-to-date information.
The categories for employment-fourth preference certain religious workers (SR) and employment fifth preference investors (I5 and R5) are scheduled to expire unless they are extended by congress. These extensions are intertwined with passing legislation to extend funding of federal government operations. Regular readers of our blog and those otherwise interested in the affected categories will note that this issue has arisen regularly over the past couple of years.
The visa bulletin states that on December 7, 2017, President Donald Trump signed a continuing resolution, passed by Congress, to extend government funding through December 21, 2017. Accordingly, it states that no SR or IR/R5 visas could be issued after midnight, December 21, 2017.
However, subsequent to the issuance of the January 2018 visa bulletin, President Trump signed another continuing resolution passed by the Senate on December 21. This new continuing resolution funds the government through January 19, 2018. This extension also includes the SR, I5, and R5 categories.
What does this mean for beneficiaries of approved SR, I5, and R5 petitions? Assuming a new extension is not signed, the DOS may issue visas for SR beneficiaries until midnight, January 18, 2017. Furthermore, SR non-minister special immigrants must be admitted into the United States no later than midnight January 18. The DOS may issue I5 and R5 visas until the close of business on January 19, 2018. These same provisions apply to adjustment of status.
If a new government funding bill is signed prior to January 19, 2018, there will be no point at which visas in the SR, I5, and R5 categories become unavailable. Furthermore, if legislation is passed after January 19, the visas would become available after a gap period.
The DOS states that in the SR category, the final action date is current for January for all countries except El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras (Dec. 1, 2015 final action date) and Mexico (June 1, 2016 final action date), until January 19 (and after if they are extended). The final action dates for I5/R5 are current for every country except China-mainland born (July 22, 2014 final action date).
While it is perhaps more likely than not that the SR, I5, and R5 will be extended prior to their expiration, it is important to remember that the question is an ancillary issue in the broader budget negotiations for the entire U.S. government. It is certainly not beyond the realm of possibility that there will be a gap in the authorization of these three important programs. Those who may be eligible for visas/status in these categories in January 2018, whether through consular processing or adjustment of status, should consult with an experienced immigration attorney for case-specific guidance. We will update the website with information on the situation regarding these three categories as it becomes available.
SPECIAL IMMIGRANT TRANSLATORS
The DOS stated that it is holding the January Final Action Date for special immigrant (SI) translator category visas at April 1, 2010. It continues to expect to reach the annual limit of 50 visas in this category early in the fiscal year. At that time, the final action date in the SI translator category will become “unavailable.” The SQ special immigrant visa category for certain Iraqi and Afghan nationals employed by or on behalf of the U.S. government in Iraq or Afghanistan remains current.
REPORT ON NUMBER OF IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICANTS REGISTERED IN PREFERENCE CATEGORIES AS OF 11/1/17
The National Visa Center released a report on the number of applicants registered in the various preference categories for processing at overseas posts as of November 11, 2017. We have included the PDF for those who are interested [PDF version].
CONCLUSION
It is important for those seeking status in one of the family-sponsored or employment-based preference categories to stay abreast of developments in the visa bulletin, and especially so for those who intend to apply for adjustment of status. In general, those seeking immigrant visas or adjustment of status should consult with an experienced immigration attorney throughout the entire process for case-specific guidance. Regarding the January 2018 visa bulletin, this is particularly important for those seeking visas or adjustment in the SR, I5, and R5 employment-based preference categories.

September 2017 USCIS Visa Bulletin – visa bulletin for april 2019 | visa bulletin for april 2019
This gives the absolute cardinal of immigrant acceptance applicants in the family-sponsored and employment-based alternative categories as of November 2019, the latest address on the affair by the State Department.
Before the alternation of proclamations akin the breeze of both immigrants and non-immigrants akin – and through the admiral of George Bush the first, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, the Acceptance Office beneath the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Department of State has been putting out the Acceptance Bulletin amid the ninth and 12th of anniversary month.
Without fail, the area “Procedure for free dates” explains how immigrant acceptance applicants may accept an clue of aback the cartage ablaze will about-face from red to orange, and from orange to green.
This area repeats the action in the latest Acceptance Bulletin for July 2020.
“Consular admiral are appropriate to address to the Department of State documentarily able applicants for numerically bound visas; USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) letters applicants for acclimation of status. Allocations in the archive beneath were made, to the admeasurement possible, in archival adjustment of arise antecedence dates, for appeal accustomed by June 9th.”
The July 2020 Acceptance Bulletin was arise on June 18.
A nine-day aberration may not assume much.
But to a adolescent axis 21 or a ancestor appellant with a medical condition, or an aged appellant who had to acknowledgment to the Philippines, for example, to adjournment for the son or daughter’s acceptance with the ambition of actualization afore the delegate in case it is bare and again biking together, the nine-day aberration could beggarly at the actual atomic addition four to 10 years of cat-and-mouse or, if the appellant passes away, abortion of a address that the ancestors had been cat-and-mouse anywhere from 10 to 20 years.

At the time of autograph this cavalcade (8 p.m., July 18) the accessible Acceptance Bulletin for August 2020 still sports the tag “Coming Soon.”
Petitioned
Dolores was petitioned by her US aborigine sister on June 2, 2001. Her alone son Francis is axis 21 on Dec. 10, 2020. She’s abashed that if she does not get an account date afore December this year, Francis would age out and be larboard behind. He was beneath than two months old aback Dolores’ address was accustomed and accustomed by the USCIS.
Aware that the State Department now publishes two charts, Dolores watches the “Dates for Filing Family-sponsored Acceptance Applications” blueprint with unblinking hawkeye eyes.
This “Dates for Filing” blueprint is the red-to-orange light.
For mother and son, cat-and-mouse for the antecedence date on the F4 class for Philippine applicants to be accepted has been a antecedent of account anxiety.
If the absolute date on the Date of Filing blueprint does not accommodate abundant time for her to complete the immigrant acceptance action with the National Acceptance Center (NVC) aback the August Acceptance Bulletin comes out, she cannot alpha the processing of her immigrant acceptance application.
Based on her own analysis and cases of accompany with petitions, Dolores knows that it would booty about bristles to six months to complete the acceptance processing from the time she receives a case conception letter from the NVC. The case conception letter includes not alone her case number, but an Invoice ID number, as well.
Tumblr media
14 – Visa Bulletin April 14 Recap (Live Show 14/14/14) Part 14 – visa bulletin for april 2019 | visa bulletin for april 2019
Dolores needs both numbers to log on to her NVC case book online and alpha the acceptance processing. She abstracts that if the August 2020 Acceptance Bulletin comes out and the absolute date for F4 Philippine applicants on the Dates for Filing does not move from “08JAN02,” she may not accept abundant time to complete the process.
The “final dates” (interview dates) for the F4 class moves an boilerplate of four to bristles months aback January this year. The July 2020 Acceptance Bulletin shows the F4 absolute date for the Philippines as “01JUN01.”
Dolores’ antecedence date is “02JUN01,” a day abbreviate of the absolute date on the July 2020 Acceptance Bulletin. Hence, she waits with aside animation for the August 2020 address from the State Department.
Her F4 antecedence date has confused advanced four to bristles months aback April this year. In May, it was “01OCT00.” It confused four months in June to “01FEB01,” again addition four-month move advanced to “01JUN01” in July.
Fast. But not fast enough.
Coming of age
Meanwhile, Francis’ advancing of age is abutting faster. He turns 21 on Dec. 10, 2020.
Dolores was acquisitive the July 2020 Acceptance Bulletin would move accomplished her antecedence date of June 2, 2001. Adding to the accent of the account cat-and-mouse is the actuality that she has not yet accustomed the case conception letter with the Invoice ID number. She needs this advice to alpha processing.
Tumblr media
Visa Bulletin for January 2015 – visa bulletin for april 2019 | visa bulletin for april 2019
The Dates for Filing blueprint of the aforementioned July 2020 Acceptance Bulletin shows the absolute date for Philippine F4 applicants at “08JAN02.” If alone she has the case conception letter with the Invoice ID number, she could alpha the action by logging on to her NVC case file, pay the $200-fee for the Affidavit of Support and $325-visa fee anniversary for her and Francis.
If the processing clip charcoal the aforementioned (at the four-to-five-months movement forward), Dolores would accept abundant time to complete the acceptance processing afore Francis turns 21.
But there is the immigrant acceptance arising ban issued by US President Donald Trump on June 23, 2020. Would this authority aback processing and accumulate the absolute date from affective forward?
Should she and Francis abort to complete the acceptance appliance process, become documentarily able and get an account date by Dec. 10, 2020, Francis will about-face 21 and could be advised disqualified for allocation as a acquired beneficiary.
She has heard of the Adolescent Cachet Protection Act, a 2002 law that could accumulate Francis from actuality banned his acquired almsman visa. She’d rather not – unless and until she has to.
Will the immigrant ban of Trump adjournment acceptance processing?
Theoretically, no.
The ban was for the arising of immigrant visas, not processing. The NVC continues accepting payments and uploading civilian abstracts as allotment of the acceptance processing stage. Aback completed, Dolores and Francis would be advised “documentarily qualified.” Aback Dolores’ antecedence date would accept been current, she and Francis could arise for an account afore the consul.

US PRO Rugby season come to Denver v Ohio designation decider
Americas first pro rugby organization conference intention its season on Sunday. For one of the men who built it happen “its time” for reflection, remain and getting ready to go again
On Sunday afternoon in Obetz, just outside Columbus, the Ohio Aviators will play the Denver Stampede. The wins with a bonus part, in Ohios case will be the first PRO Rugby champions.
The five-team league has no championship game. Best over 12 rounds prevails. It just happens that go the final weekend of the tournaments first season, these two teams have not sorted out who that is.
Couldnt have schemed it any better, replied Steve Lewis, the freshman organisations director of rugby, over breakfast on the Upper West Side. Were it plannable, of course. Its an interesting symmetry: our first game was Ohio at Denver[ in the snow in April] and that was a close-fisted finish, the only recreation weve had that is entered into additional day, which was one of our inventions. So this is ideal: final tournament of the year, all the marbles. It mounts it up nicely.
Lewis is an ebullient Scot whose ebullience has not been entirely chafed off by nine months spraying to and fro in sole service of Americas first pro conference. Like conference owned Doug Schoninger, he works out of New York City. The five units are in the middle and west Ohio, Denver, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco.
Lewis has reason to smile, gingerly as much as wearily. Crowds ought to have acceptable if small-time; press coverage positive if slightly bemused; politics, in a rugby scenery that manages to be scattered and congested at once, manageable if predictably intense. Denver, for example, moved residence mid-season, from the Glendale Raptors rugby-built Infinity Park to Ciber Field, a college soccer stadium. Words were exchanged. The dealership lived and so did the conference.
Season one of Schoningers epic, then, is almost in the can. A inspect will follow in September, followed by planning for season two. Swelling is on the cards: Canada, perhaps. The east coast, perhaps.
You wishes to pair beings up from a antagonism view and a hurtle perspective, Lewis said. So Chicago for Columbus, Boston for New York. That in my view “wouldve been” ideology, but we may not find the venues.
Much of Lewiss work has been visible at the existing venues, on their freshly marked-out turf. Much has gone to plan.
Jamie Mackintosh takes on the San Diego defence. Picture: Joseph K Ghammashi/ PRO Rugby
Two of the tournaments marquee knacks internationals employed to be good citizens as well as good participates will encounter in the decider: the South africans back row Pedrie Wannenburg for Denver, the New Zealand prop Jamie Mackintosh for Ohio. Over scrambled eggs and strong coffee, Lewis described how Mackintosh, from Dunedin, a hotbed of All Black rugby, came to live and play in Obetz, a village outside Columbus most well known for its Zucchinifest which has nonetheless hugged rugby, building a small stadium from scratch.
Everyone wanted to go to San Francisco and San Diego, he responded. So how do I get anyone to go to Obetz and Sacramento and Denver?[ Italy back] Mirco Bergamasco wanted to go to Sacramento, because his wife had lived there before.[ Australia rugby league great] Timana Tahu had lineage bonds in Denver, so that was OK. But how do I get anyone to go to Columbus?
[ Ex-Zebre flanker] Filippo Ferrarini was the first one. I contemplated: Youre Italian, Columbus, off you go. He didnt get it, so I had to explain it to him subsequentlies. And then Mackintosh rose on track and he was really easy.
The New Zealander is a one-cap All Black loosehead, a big humanity known to home devotees as Whopper. He approached rugbys American frontier with generally Kiwi affability.
He added, I dont mind, Steve, Im really easy, wherever you want to placed me.
I supposed, What kind of region do you like?
He announced, Im a country boy, Id instead be somewhere with a little bit of chase, a bit of fishing.
So I had to call up Paul Holmes at[ Ohio-based US national improvement academy] Tiger Rugby and allege, Is there any chase and fishing near Obetz? He responded, Oh yeah, consignments. So I told Mackintosh I imagined Ohio might be the claim fit for him and he went there, espoused it and went well.
Steve Lewis speaks to Matt McCarthy of rugbywrapup.com in March.
San Franciscos star man, Mils Muliaina, has 99 more All Black caps than Mackintosh. Unfortunately, the largest full-back arrived late and has not boasted often for a unit which tottered to 3-8 ahead of its final had met with Sacramento( likewise 3-8, moving Saturdays game a playoff to shun last home ). But on the whole the experimentation has worked. The big names have visas and may be back for more.
Discussing recruitment for 2017, Lewis said: I dont think we need the marquee actors as much anymore, though. If were expanding my biggest pertain is structural constraint, ie: are there enough good players to staff those stretch units? Clearly if we do[ expand] then the number of foreign actors on each team will need to go up, likely to five to seven, and I think that well skew younger.
Asked where such foreign players might come from, he enunciated: Everyones inhaling around, but my next happy hunting ground is likely to be South Africa. Biggest talent pool, constriction of geniu, exacerbated by the falling rand and the coaching arrangement. Theres going to be lots of good young South African players, shall we say competitively priced. So that would be a sweet recognise, I feel.[ New Zealand] Mitre 10 Cup people, the docket duty, Japan the docket works.
At home, the docket still needs to work for everyone. PRO Rugby flowed from mid-April to the end of July. One top fraternity challenger, the east-coast American Rugby Premiership, is set to move to September-November. The west-coast Pacific Rugby Premiership, home to Glendale and other powerful societies, may or may not follow. Politics.
PRO Rugby will continue to grapple with whether to play in the June Test window. This year, while the Eagles lost to Italy and drum Russia, it did. Politics-plus.
Nor, Lewis said, does the PRO Rugby docket work with the European season. But, thought-provokingly in an age of Premiership tournaments in New Jersey and Pro1 2 conceptions of a team on the US east coast, he included: You do have academy musicians there who have bugger everyone to do between January and May. I think thats policy options and weve had those the talks with Quins, London Irish. So I anticipate the league will probably skew younger.
The young league, Lewis said, depicts encouraging development of raise. Teams have improved in fitness and knowledge; tries have been scored at a standard of performance somewhat below Currie Cup, slightly below Mitre 10 Cup, a reasonable grade to have aimed at, a reasonable degree to have got to.
Also, along with cherry-red safe tackle wrinkles on shirts and no move, PRO Rugby empowered reviewers to evade too many scrum re-sets by awarding free-kicks. Harmonizing to fascinating analysis of the tournaments stats by Jake Frechette for Rugby Today, the policy seems to be working.
In the 2015 Six Nations, Frechette writes, 51% of scrums were completed successfully. At the World cup finals, 68%[ of scrums] were completed successfully. For PRO,[ where average number of scrums per competition is high-pitched at practically 20] the rate thus far is 77 %. Thats good bulletin for everyone who wants to see the pellet played from a scrum instead of listening a referees whistle. Thats all of us, right?
Pedrie Wannenberg in action for Denver, against San Diego. Picture: Connie Hatfield
Players have glowed. Dom Waldouck, formerly a centre for Wasps, Northampton, London Irish and England Saxons, did well at Ohio and has earned a ordeal at Newcastle. Langilangi Haupeakui, a hard-hitting Sacramento No8, came to the league from a tough upbringing and fraction two rugby with the East Palo Alto Razorbacks. Five a few months later, Lewis said, he got fit, eventually ate well and all of a sudden, boom, launched into the Eagles, got a detonator and is going for a contest with Harlequins next week when they come over.
Other achievers include Spike Davis, a defensive attack who attended camp with the Washington Redskins and Green Bay Packers before pitching up in Ohio as a 6ft 4in, 250 lbs wing. There is also Hanco Germishuys, a US junior flanker no longer a male among boys or a son among people after a season with Denver, and the San Diego openside Cecil Garber, a learn from the Seattle Saracens with a attack count off the charts.
Weve fulfilled that part of the mission, Lewis said. Three, four, five participates are now on[ USA coach] John Mitchells radar who maybe wouldnt ought to have otherwise.
Thanks to Lewis and Schoninger, a pro competition that would not otherwise have been on nature rugby radar is now there. A blip, perhaps, but thriving brighter. After Sundays finale, there will be a breather for all concerned. Then the hard work begins again.

DHS issues homegrown terror bulletin
Washington (CNN)The Department of Homeland Security renewed a bulletin late Monday that warned of the dangers posed by homegrown terrorists and called the threat environment in the country one of the "most serious" since the 9/11 attacks.
"We face one of the most serious terror threat environments since the 9/11 attacks as foreign terrorist organizations continue to exploit the Internet to inspire, enable, or direct individuals already here in the homeland to commit terrorist acts," the bulletin, issued through the National Terrorism Advisory System, said.
An NTAS bulletin was first issued in December 2015 to "highlight the continuing threat from homegrown terrorists" and has been renewed three times previously with updated language.
Monday's bulletin, which is set to expire in November, includes new warnings on the techniques used by terrorists, like car attacks, that did not appear in the previous iteration.
"Terrorist groups are urging recruits to adopt easy-to-use tools to target public places and events," the bulletin reads. "Specific attack tactics have included the use of vehicle ramming, small arms, straight-edged blades or knives, and homemade explosives, as well as other acts such as taking hostages."
The reference to vehicle ramming comes after a series of attacks around the world in recent months where alleged terrorists used cars and trucks as weapons. In April, a suspected terrorist killed four pedestrians on a busy Stockholm street with a hijacked beer truck.
The bulletin also includes new language describing foreign terrorist fighters who may be "attempting to travel to the United States on visas, from visa-waiver countries, with the aim of attacking the homeland or inciting others within our borders to conduct attack."
To respond, DHS is "putting in place enhanced screening and vetting measures to detect travelers with potential terrorist connections," the bulletin says.
A top DHS spokesman told reporters last week that in recent months the department has made changes to vetting procedures that could impact foreign nationals traveling to the United States, though he declined to provide any details.
In a news release announcing the bulletin, Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said his decision to renew it came "after careful consideration of the current threat environment and input from intelligence and law enforcement partners."
"We are in a generational fight against terrorist groups and those they inspire, and for us to protect our homeland we will need constant vigilance and clear focus on staying a step ahead of the enemy," he said.
Speaking at an event at the University of Chicago on Tuesday, Kelly pointed to strong community networks as another way to prevent radicalization.
"There's very few people that actually get radicalized," Kelly said. "As an American society, we have families, we have friends, we have churches, we have mosques and synagogues, we have community this and that, we have police and all, we have a great country -- problems for sure, but we have a great country. And all of that works to keep people from becoming a white supremacist or radicalized or something like that," he said.

I’ve truly had invites from just a few manufacturers earlier than, however I made a decision to succeed in out to Hurtigruten as a substitute for the journey to Antarctica.

DHS issues homegrown terror bulletin
Washington (CNN)The Department of Homeland Security renewed a bulletin late Monday that warned of the dangers posed by homegrown terrorists and called the threat environment in the country one of the “most serious” since the 9/11 attacks.
“We face one of the most serious terror threat environments since the 9/11 attacks as foreign terrorist organizations continue to exploit the Internet to inspire, enable, or direct individuals already here in the homeland to commit terrorist acts,” the bulletin, issued through the National Terrorism Advisory System, said.
An NTAS bulletin was first issued in December 2015 to “highlight the continuing threat from homegrown terrorists” and has been renewed three times previously with updated language.
Monday’s bulletin, which is set to expire in November, includes new warnings on the techniques used by terrorists, like car attacks, that did not appear in the previous iteration.
“Terrorist groups are urging recruits to adopt easy-to-use tools to target public places and events,” the bulletin reads. “Specific attack tactics have included the use of vehicle ramming, small arms, straight-edged blades or knives, and homemade explosives, as well as other acts such as taking hostages.”
The reference to vehicle ramming comes after a series of attacks around the world in recent months where alleged terrorists used cars and trucks as weapons. In April, a suspected terrorist killed four pedestrians on a busy Stockholm street with a hijacked beer truck.
The bulletin also includes new language describing foreign terrorist fighters who may be “attempting to travel to the United States on visas, from visa-waiver countries, with the aim of attacking the homeland or inciting others within our borders to conduct attack.”
To respond, DHS is “putting in place enhanced screening and vetting measures to detect travelers with potential terrorist connections,” the bulletin says.
A top DHS spokesman told reporters last week that in recent months the department has made changes to vetting procedures that could impact foreign nationals traveling to the United States, though he declined to provide any details.
In a news release announcing the bulletin, Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said his decision to renew it came “after careful consideration of the current threat environment and input from intelligence and law enforcement partners.”
“We are in a generational fight against terrorist groups and those they inspire, and for us to protect our homeland we will need constant vigilance and clear focus on staying a step ahead of the enemy,” he said.
Speaking at an event at the University of Chicago on Tuesday, Kelly pointed to strong community networks as another way to prevent radicalization.
“There’s very few people that actually get radicalized,” Kelly said. “As an American society, we have families, we have friends, we have churches, we have mosques and synagogues, we have community this and that, we have police and all, we have a great country — problems for sure, but we have a great country. And all of that works to keep people from becoming a white supremacist or radicalized or something like that,” he said.
