honestly the idea of hapisen mafuyu picking up writing as a hobby is an idea ive had for almost as long as shes existed. i think a creative hobby in general is a good outlet for mafuyu and in a universe where niigo doesnt exist i dont think music would be what she lands on. but still, taking into account that she is niigos lyricist made me consider having her landing on other types of writing for her, and especially with hapisen it made sense to me that shed get into writing short stories and such!

and then if you combine that with mafuyus generally kind of morbid humor and also The Horrors, i do think shed be a horror writer on her own. especially very atmospheric ones like. i think shed be good at establishing a strong unsettling vibe to her stories. some of it is an outlet for the problems with her family, but other times its just about ideas she thinks would be interesting to explore in a story ^^

also i think all of hapisen would try out scriptwriting initially, with mafuyu eventually becoming the main writer because shes generally the best at it... and then from there she starts also picking up writing in her free time once she realized she was enjoying it. but yeah, shed definitely end up writing some horror show scripts that everyone else had to shoot down because that is definitely not family friendly enough for the wonder stage and phoeniland as a whole. probably too scary for the kids.

emus her main cowriter for hapisens shows because emu knows what she wants to bring to phoeniland the most ^^ but haruka and kohane still help out with the scriptwriting occasionally

Tbh I just think it's so lame how some of Mafuyu's more morbid lines are usually interpreted as her being evil or manipulative or whatever. Like I do think she says Stuff sometimes because she's depressed but you have to consider that she is also an edgy teenager. Sometimes it's just meant to be funni

Not everything has to be about mental illness even if a character is mentally ill. "Omg Mafuyu fantasises about death while she's working on a deadline!!" yeah sure that might be concerning but she's also an honor student. Have you ever met an honor student. They're just Like That in general

hi guys so i decided to spend almost the entire day working on a spreadsheet that lists every song available in jpsekai (as well as ensekai exclusives) along with the cover artwork, producer, unit, and difficulty levels, with the options to filter on basically all sections. its meant to help make it easier to navigate the songs if you havent memorized what most of them are, but i also just think its fun to see everything laid out!

blob commission interest check

hi hiiiiiiii im thinking about potentially doing some cheap quick commissions for the silly little blobs i make on occasion....... like these guys

im thinking like $5 per blob? and the stacked ones just add on each individual blob price again, so a pair would be $10, a stack of 4 would be $20, etc. while my examples are primarily pjsekai related id be down to do them for ocs and characters from other fandoms (including fandoms im not necessarily a part of and ocs im completely unfamiliar with, i think i can manage to make blobs for anyone)

theyre pretty good as like silly discord emojis and such i think and i like making them so i want to be able to make them even more for other people ^^

do not be intimidated by the fact that i have everyone, ive done that because i am a crusty old ancient flight rising player (my account turns nine this year) so i have had a very long time to accumulate everything. and i am still constantly broke because i have never been good about the money grind™️

i am very very dedicated to the fandragon grind though i tend to go on long hunts and pm people directly to buy dragons from their fodder tabs if they have what i want. and sometimes i fall down the breeding project vortex. ichika and rui i had to breed for and they took like... almost a year each? it was rough. but i still keep doing them anyway

i only just dodged an even worse breeding project (1/35 odds was not something i was looking forward to fighting) by the absolute miracle of someone hatching the colors i wanted out of a random fodder pair. i had like two color options id accept and they got my slightly favored one. which coincidentally (and unsurprisingly because it is truly a nasty color scheme for anyone who isnt as insane as i am) is a one of a kind, there has never been a single dragon on the site with those exact colors. not even any exalted dragons. i wasnt intentionally gunning for a one of a kind it was just the perfect colors for the fandragon i wanted? anyway im glad that ones over before i really got going on breeding lol

rambling aside though, since i am very much a veteran player, even if im not the super hardcore kind of veteran, if theres any questions youve got or any help you need feel free to ask (here or on fr, my username is the same there as here just in all caps) im always happy to help. and to probably talk your ear off about the funny little dragon site even more than i already have here (￣▽￣)" or i can just talk about my dragons in general

i have my own entire complete set of them on site already! a lot of the outfits are in the (very slow) process of being switched over to some new ones but ive had all of mine for 2+ years and i love them very much. but i love seeing other peoples ideas with them too! always fun to see what other people think works for the same characters

I have… two? Existing complete-ish fandragons (a Ruikasa dragon and a Mafuyu) three if we count Cubibibism (but that’s a fandragon of a song from a different game so… not sure he counts).
