Trimmed my hair last Friday. I finally gathered the guts to try out the double unicorn cut. And this is the end result. After the cut, I deep conditioned, washed and leave it naked during the weekend. And these are the result. Today, I washed my hair with Dr. Organic Tea Tree Shampoo, STC with Dr. Organic Lavender Conditioner (left it in and didn't wash it off). Styled it with Biotera Alcohol-free Gel, sealed it with Enliven gel (Blue). Squeezed outbthe excess water, plopped for 10 minutes while I prepared for work. Haven't had a good wash day in a while ever since I cut my hair last month, until I tried the Laura Method by @laura_marie_smith For CoWash I used the hot oil treatment I bought in replacement of my silicone induced deep conditioner. 😅 Since I cannot use it as deep conditioner might as well use it to cleanse my hair. Applied my leave in and then my gel. Plop while I am getting dressed and then air dried. SOTC after 100% dry. LowPoo: Zen Nutrient Tea Tree Shampoo Deep Conditioner: Vatika Deep Conditioner Squish to Condish: Zen Nutrients Aloe Vera Conditioner (Generous amount) Leave-in Conditioner: Zen Nutrients Aloe Vera Conditioner (Pea size) Styler: I used 1-2-3 Gel Gel 1: Biotera Alcohol Free Styling Gel (apply generously in sections) Gel 2: Enliven Blue (apply generously and re-wet my hair as I apply this gel in sections) Gel 3: Bench Hair Fix Gel Purple (apply pea size in each sections) Plop while getting dressed. After plopping, I reapplied Gel 3 to reduce the frizz. 3 weeks in on my journey with CGM, i recently read that I have to deep condition my hair at least once week or once every 2 weeks. Hence the plastic wrapper on my head.
