the attitude that everything is either a life threatening hate crime or it doesn't matter is soooo tedious and literally kills intersectionality. "why would you ask other marginalised people to treat you with the bare minimum of respect when others people treat you even worse" that's how you sound

#it's so dumb too bc like wheres the line where we aren't allowed to care bc it's divisive or whatever #we r allowed to care abt abortion n not allowed to care abt misogynistic gay men #wheres the wage gap on this spectrum?#you cannot call yourself an ally of xyz marginalised group if your response to any discord between lgbt ppl is like #ummm everyone just settle down and hold hands <3 #that attitude ALWAYS privileges the already privileged
