There's a lot of scummy crime in this city, but this one is particularly scummy. Exploiting the most vulnerable among us. They identified themselves as ICE agents and threatened their victims with deportation if they didn't give over their cash.
This kind of crime tourism is really gross, while their organized crime bosses sit safe in a foreign country. Fucking hell.
