Corporate sanitation is one of the saddest things to occur to websites.

I remember Youtube used to let you put a repeating image as your channel background and you could have these sidebar things like Deviantart where you could put info abt yourself (I know that Banithekitty had a ”50% artist 30% furry 10% awesome 100% me!” kind of thing that looked like a poll)

But that sort of widespread pre-2010’s websitecore is kinda, lost media in a way. I miss it.
