Tough love time. Though totally fun, retail therapy or a glass of 🍷 after a long day isn't really self-care. Self care is a long game. It's about supporting your health and wellness consistently, while kicking stressors to the curb. Instead of relying on quick fixes for an instant pick-me-up, ask yourself what it is you really crave. Is it more rest? Boundaries? Time for yourself?
