#thank you turner classic movies summer under the stars for marathoning brando movies today#and tomorrow it's elizabeth taylor good golly gosh!!!!#tales from diana#these tcm actor/actress marathons are keeping me going these days#august is such a terrible month but every day i wake up and i check who they're marathoning today#I REMEMBER SEEING IN A PREVIEW THEY WERE PLAYING JULIUS CAESAR EARLY THIS MORNING AND I FORGOT TO WAKE UP OOORRR RECORD IT#IM KICKING MYSELF#IVE NEVER SEEN THAT MOVIE#I JUST WANTED TO SEE BRANDO DO SHAKESPEARE GODDAAAAAAMMMMNNNN#they've shown so many frank sinatra movies by happenstance#on the town on gene kelly day#guys and dolls today (brando day)#manchurian candidate on laurence harvey day#probably some others im forgetting#i wonder if theyre gonna have a sinatra day or if theyre just ?? gonna be showing his films like this#they havent had a judy garland day but of course on gene kelly day they had a lot of judy#see what i mean. tcm is giving me a reason to wake up and turn on the television this month#what am i gonna do when september comes around? just sink further into depression wo a distraction?#oh wait i have to go back to school#[winnie the pooh voice] oh bother
