hhh i made this dish yesterday of egg chorizo and various finely chopped greens wrapped tightly in rice paper then fried and served it with a side of chili oil and also curry over rice.

it was kind of a lot of work but also... i want it again. I can't even say it wasn't worth the effort bc the c r o m c h was glorious. Not a point here just hungies, indecisive and contemplating what's for dinner.

#I've been sleeping on rice paper fr 😭 i made 'Vietnamese pizza' for the first time the other day too and it was bomb af #like.
