#ask memes #did you know theres NOT an ema skye nendoroid and thats a CRIME???#i need more ema skye merch tbh - she wears these buttons in her character art and an ex-friend bought them for me years ago #so i have her buttons on my laptop bag and i have a little keychain that broke that i keep meaning to fix #but like....... i love her so much shes so important to me do you want me to gush about her candy???#when we first meet her shes a fifteen year old sponky teen wants to be a detective like her big sis helping solve crimes and win cases #her parents are dead and some horrible stuff happened when she was younger and her big sis ends up getting arrested #and we see her again YEARS later and shes a police detective but she WANTS to be a forensic scientist #so being just a detective (LEAD DETECTIVE) is not? good enough??#and she's legit depressed and disillusioned with her work. being a cop sucks she doesnt want to be that. the world is harsh #and she helps the player solve crimes but begrudgingly. she has to deal with people who she doesnt like and her friends are in trouble #AND THEN when we see her again she has PASSED THE FORENSICS EXAM and she finally gets to be a forensic scientist!!!#and her LIGHT is back and shes so fricking SMART AND CAPABLE and getting to do MEANINGFUL WORK NOW!!#i fricking LOVE HER SO MUCH i wanted to CRY when that game came out and I saw she got her dream job!!!
