i hate this. but i am thinking too many thoughts about hilbert and victor parallels
#the are similar Genres of character#I CANNOT SAY MUCH BECAUSE SPOILERS FOR DEO#but like. hm. hm. hmmmmm.#also i enjoyed Very much the differences in tone between Hilbert Talking To The Crew#and Hilbert Alone (or Doing His Job)#he talks differently! you can tell!#his voice is Different#it is much more... upbeat throughout the first season. until the reveal.#he has a much more even and serious tone in am i alone now as well#which like. i wonder if that whole ''cheery escentric but harmless'' mad scientest tone is intentional#i bet it is#also in danger bug#his tone when telling eiffel what they have to do to get the spider off#and then like in later seasons it's always that more serious tone#part of it is i wonder if valenti just got better at doing hilbert's voice#but w/ the differences still aparent in between am i alone now and the /next episode/#i dont think that's entirely it#i think. the show's from eiffel's perspective. and his perspective on hilbert changes.#hilbert becomes a mores serious character. all of them do. even though eiffel tries his best to not let it happen to him
