Y’all don’t know how happy I am to come home to big juicy pizza and the best ranch in the world after a long run
#IM SO READY#also I ran the whole time yay#which means I’m back in the game#which sounds weird to say considering I just hiked 60 miles with Evan in the span of 3 days#but that was mostly hiking and not as much running#and that MATTERS as I continue to find out#my legs were v sore this week and also it was hot af so like Thursday I walked a bit on my 7 mile run#but we did all 14 runnin today#but slow af bc I didn’t wanna die and it’s still as humid as Japan so#but I’m not dead and I’m ready 4 pizza#and hopefully I’ll be ready to run 63 miles next week fjfjfjdhejzkzloz#running#also I love how like when I fall off the PT boat#I can’t run 4 miles without knee pain#but two 30 min sessions of PT will fix me entirely#physical therapists are witches#in a good way
