He can! I have a little headcanon he hovers when he sleeps, and even if he got a bed it wouldn't be that useful since he gets drowsy a lot until it's time for chaos and destruction and mayhem :3

i write the secret boss items as like the most efficient way to conserve their energy, jevil taking advantage of this the most (and also finding literally every excuse to use his powers and abilities at all times).
