Basic answer but I feel like the Sacred Guard is just the Police. Unfortunate that there is corruption there but as Temenos would say: “Oh of course there’s corruption there”. Good news is that the gang gets to dunk on the police.
On the topic of Partitio, feel like he would be the guy who almost says they’re Phantom Thieves a couple of times. That’s probably how Ori found out who the Phantom Thieves are. Partitio said it too loud and Ori’s job just got a lot easier.
Ori is probably the person to try and influence the Thieves to go a certain direction the Moonshade Order wants to go. Hound to her brother’s Eagle.
There’s probably just a running gag on people coming into Temenos and Crick’s apartment and asking them why there’s a handcuffed guy sitting on their couch. That in itself is confusing and then Temenos is just deflects everything which makes things more confusing.
There’s obviously angst but there’s some sort of dark hilarity in the fact that Hikari likely had to proceed with the Confidant in that manner for almost the entire journey. Your former best friend used you and now is handcuffed and is in your other friend’s apartment. Unfortunate you still need to talk to him and try to figure out what the hell the Moonshade Order is trying to use you to summon. This is while Kazan sometimes goes off-topic and confusedly asks you if Temenos and Crick are dating or not. You don’t have that answer unfortunately.
That makes sense with the sacred guard. And of course, the sacred guard having a law enforcement role leads to inevitable corruption. Just like in OT luckily Temenos has Crick to protect him.
Partitio can NOT keep his mouth shut about it and will yell about it drunk. Definitely the gangs equivalent to Ryuji here.
Absolutely, Ori would definitely do what happened with Okumura and the poll. "Partitio! I've got a scoop a TON of news on this company being corrupted," giving them insight to play right into their hands. At her job her journalist stories would definitely portray the gang in a positive light, so Partitio opens up to her more, on accident or purpose or maybe just while he's drunk. Ori definitely finds out either way, we know she's great at stalking.
I love that as a running gag. While he's under arrest Kazan just throws the rest of his money at Crick and tells him to buy a Netflix subscription and some drinks. Nobody can tell me this guy doesn't watch anything and everything.
Oh I can imagine. After Hikari has composed himself he just walks in on whatever is happening with Kazan here. Temenos is probably desperate to get this dude out of his house and Crick is just confused because Kazan seems like a chill guy after watching 4 seasons straight of any random sitcom with him (Crick is oblivious). Hikari really doesn't know what to make of the situation after that. Until Osvald comes in ready to beat some information out of the guy.
