starting to wonder if complex dissociative disorders are genetic in any way.
#why do only some people with adverse early childhood life experiences get CDDs#so MANY FACTORS muddy this up though. for example... CDDs are very covert in nature#so is it possible many many more people than we could ever think struggle with this?#oh and regarding my post about whether its genetic...#well trauma is generational so even if you see it in a family line....#who is to say its actually biologically genetic and not just trauma racing down the generational line#because CDDs are formed from extreme trauma#and despite how much I struggled... i did have it easier than my parents. thats the ffunny thing#and i look at them and see how similar they are to me and think....#wow. no wonder they are messed up. their own parents were shittier than even them#im high excuse this xDD nonsense. im gonna try to spend my day doing some self care n chilling#ok last thing on this topic: i thought of a study but it may not he ethical. its just an idea#what if you people w trauma take a test like the DES and have their parents and grandparents take it?#just to simply determine if dissociation is the response people w adverse life experiences have?#again idk if thats even an ethical test bc i overthink ethics and it woukd have to be WILLING participants interested in the topic#bc asking somone NO PROMPT or warning about this is messed up.. most ppl excuse or block out their traum#okay enough of this post my brain just goes in loops when high :u
