we finished the live action yyh. nobody ask how many times i cried.
#angry tears mind you. angry fucking tears. i spent the entire time ranting furiously.#and the response to the show so far seems to be??? positive???#i'm???#why??? because the fights look nice?? they shushed so many major arcs into five episodes???#where was the team bonding??? the great character development??#why tf was i supposed to care at all about genkai when she'd only been on screen for maybe thirty minutes???#maybe. maybe if this wasn't the anime that influenced me as a kid.#maybe if this wasn't the media that inspired me enough to start writing.#maybe then i would care less#but right now i just want to watch the anime again and forget that i ever saw the live action
