How often do you think “when I accomplish *X*, I will be happy?” ⁣ ⁣ Does your happiness lie in a future goal not yet accomplished? Today, I challenge you to find happiness in the present moment. Minor spoilers ahead but stay for the analogy) ⁣ ⁣ Laura Wilson thought that by becoming one of the gods, achieving fame, beauty, and power, that she would be free and happy. Little did she know that by actually ACHIEVING THIS she endured pain, hardship, and sacrifices she could have never imagined. ⁣ ⁣ I’m not saying that placing your happiness in “X” is going to give you pain and hardship. But what I AM saying is that if you constantly wait to be happy until you reach your goal, you’ll never truly be happy. Accomplishing goals such as your dream job, number on the scale, financial stability, etc requires HARD and CONSISTENT work. Day 20. Glamour for @redthreaded's #fallforcostume It's hard to imagine a moment that felt more glamourous than running around with these badass deities. hello! i got into Wicked + The Divine This Month and i already read everything, could you point me out the coolest blogs about the comic?

So here’s a bunch of recommendations off the top of my head :

- @twatd publishes nice analysis pieces and conversations every other month. @myfirstsearchengine and @enigmatic-wankery are fandom veterans and post a lot of different things.

- If you’re more into the lulz and brain-twisting theories @otto-von-stirlitz, @zucchiniegg and @extraknees are our resident powerpuff cuties.

- @wicdivstyleblog is the official inspiration blog, run by Mckelvie if i’m not mistaken. You can of course follow Mckelvie himself even though he doesn’t post much. @wicdivcosplay is a fan-run central for the cosplays.

- and of course since i’m biased you can find older material (since she’s on semi-hiatus) on my friend’s blog @damnationisdelightful. Also check reactions + questionable fancomics at my loveable stalker @thewickedandthehufflepuff

- oh and you might wanna check out that weird account that pops up in the fandom from time to time. We don’t really know what it wants from us but it might be friendly so we’re keeping an eye on it just in case. It’s called @kierongillen. Approach with caution.
