Character pins' descriptions!
Athanasia's symbols: Pink for the debutante and Athy's main color. Blue for her jewel eyes.
« Roses are Athanasia's signature, and the thorny vines symbolize her past wounds and trauma. The bird is lovely Athanasia and the heart a form that goes beyond a means of survival and became love. »
Claude's symbols: Lavander for Claude's cold-blooded nature and his main character color. Blue for his jewel eyes.
« The symbol of the king, the dragon included in Obelia's coat of arms, embodied his powerful royal authority and splendor with the peony, which is called the king of flowers. Claude's cold-bloodedness is expressed with a blue color and a sharp exterior frame like the scales of the dragon. »
Lucas' symbols: Red for Lucas' eyes. Burgundy for the poppy ambience. The emerald gives a sense of twist in contrast to the red color.
« It expresses Lucas' sense of difference in shape and color distinct from the other badges, the asymmetrical leaning crystal-cut bottle gives the feeling of Lucas' twisted cloak as a motif. The butterflies at the top often appear as effects in the manhwa, symbolizing resurrection, transformation, and soul. »
Ijekiel's symbols: Lime as a moderate color that symbolizes gentleness. Yellow for Ijekiel's eyes, white (light gray) for his main color.
« The lilies represent gentleness, purity, almost priestly integrity that is in contrast to Lucas, and borrows the shells from the family crest. With a stable layout and color arrangement, the exterior matches Ijekiel's sacred appearance and internal mature characteristics. »
Some comments: Athy's description is really beautiful! Peonies were Claude's flower after all, they suit him despite being so delicate. Lucas' description was a little complicated and flowery, so apologies if the amateur translation sounds weird. And now we know that the Alpheus' family crest has a shell, which explains why Ijekiel's belt in the last chapters had one.
